Please note, the resort has only one elevator; if it goes down for any reason, you will need to use the stairs until it is fixed. Four Sails Resort is an oceanfront timeshare vacation resort located at 33rd Street and Atlantic Avenue on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. All vacation rental units feature oceanfront balconies, and options include 1-bedroom units that sleep 4, 2-bedroom units that sleep 6, and 2-bedroom units that sleep 8. The 1-bedroom units are available as either Queen Suites or King Suites, with the main difference being bed size. Queen Suites have a queen bed, a pullout sofa, a city-view balcony off the bedroom, and an oceanfront balcony off the living room, totaling approximately 675 square feet. King Suites feature a king bed, a pullout sofa, and oceanfront balconies off both the bedroom and living room, covering around 720 square feet.
Resort amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, on-site restaurant (33rd Street Cafe), private balconies, equipped kitchens, whirlpool tubs, flat-screen TVs, and a DVD player. The 33rd Street Cafe offers ocean views and serves breakfast and lunch daily, with dinner available in season from May to September, featuring early bird specials from 4 PM to 6 PM. Each rental includes one free parking spot. Resort staff handle all upkeep, maintenance, cleaning, and decorating, and a $100 refundable deposit is required at check-in.
