ABOUT US

F

ounded in Cincinnati in 2017, by a broke and struggling college student, Vatthana Long, Nati-Coco hit the shelves with its first product. Through the use of natural ingredients and a lot of hope, Nati-Coco’s chocolate flavoured coconut juice quickly became a Tri-State favourite! Following this unseen success, we’ve decided to release 8 brand new flavours (not including the original, Choco-Lot)!

t

o take the company to it’s next level, we’ve decided to add flavours that are not only sweet but diverse. As a result we chose to mix our coconut juice with tropical and local fruits. Keeping with our stance on being a healthy juice alternative for kids! Our new flavours: - “Classic Coconut” (Coconut) - “Outrageous Orange” (Orange) - “Loco-Coco Lemonade” (Lemonade) - “Super Strawberry” (Strawberry) - “‘Nilla Coco” (Vanilla) - “Tropic Falls” (Pineapple Kiwi, Banana) - “Merry Berry” (Blueberry, Black Berry, Strawberry) - “Amazing Apple” (Apple) ut before we show the final designs, we will go through the sketches and logo dynamics.

Logo Dynamics

OLD Logo

New Base Logo

The design of our old logo was based on coconut trees and the color of mature coconuts. This logo featured coconuts on a chocolate-brown background.

With new flavours made we’ve gotten rid of one of the coconuts, which are to be replaced with another fruit/flavor. A palm tree was also added to give the logo a more playful feel.

Color changes based on the flavour

Color of the background is interchangeable. The color will be based on the type of the fruit/flavour. The colors are also always muted or pastel.

For Example: Apple

Fruit

*These are the ONLY changes that are made in the designs.

Apple =

The coconut is replaced with the corresponding fruit/flavour of the juice.

Logo Basics The only changes that can be made is the color of the background and the fruit/flavoured displayed in the second “O”. As demonstrated by the following examples:

Fruit/Flavour can only be displayed on the second “o” in the logo. Cannot be displayed anywhere else on the logo.

Fruit/Flavour can only be displayed on and from the second “o” in the logo. Cannot simply be displayed directly over a letter.

The logo cannot be tilted or rotated in any way.

Fruit/Flavour graphic are only made to fit in the counter of the 2nd “o”. It also cannot be larger or smaller than the lettering of the title.

Logo Basics

(continued)

Some more rules that are important to know. As demonstrated by the following examples:

The logo and the fruit should have a 10 pt. outline. Not anything larger or smaller than that.

Fruit/Flavor is always on a tilt, always smiling, always in vector form, cartoon styled and always with a black fill. The face on the fruit/flavours never change in expression.

Logo cannot be distorted in any way!

With the exception of coconut, the color of the background and the fruit/flavour should always be around the same color. Logo’s with multi-fruit flavours will have backgrounds with a mixed gradient.

14

Application Basics When it comes to placement on different backgrounds, the logo is completely able to become placed on any sorts of background. This is solely because the logo is already outlined by a white border making it readable on any graphic!
