Competition - Winning Design
‘The Origin’ is a temporary, adaptive exhibition space dedicated to Zaha Hadid’s legacy, with an architectural focus on sustainability and climate awareness. Inspired by suprematism, the design includes a central exhibition area that transforms into a lecture theater, with peripheral zones for workshops, classes and social gatherings.
Two mobile pods transport visitors from key locations, connecting the structure to the city. The exhibition’s steps, collecting rainwater and reacting to natural forces, allude to the impact of rising sea levels and serve as a reminder of our origin and a call to adapt to an ever-changing climate.

Creekscape Commons
Deptford Creek | London
Year 2, First Semester
‘Creekscape Commons’ redefines communal space along Deptford Creek. The design proposal works as a catalyst for the creation of access for the community by the ‘hidden’ creek in a post-industrial urban setting, blending nature, uses, and innovation. The proposal consists of two parts; the floating dock, positioned to protect biodiversity, and the open multifuctional space, part of an existing route. These spaces become a hub of diversity, housing native plants and adaptable furniture for flexible community use, as well as a learning and gathering space through an urban farm and the use of viaduct for skill sharing.

Year 1, Second Semester
Award | ‘Environmental and climate design’
Situated within a thriving community of creative professionals and housed in a commercial-office building.
Envisioned for a couple, a writer and a theatre clothes designer, it combines living and working spaces. The design preserves the existing facade while expanding vertically, integrating nature as a central theme.
This project prioritises a seamless transition between spaces. While emphasizing environmental sustainability, by incorporating energy-efficient systems and eco-friendly materials.

Environmental analysis, including sunlight, shadows, noise, and wind, served as a focal point in the design, ensuring optimal integration with the surroundings

The structure undergoes a vertical expansion, allocating the working spaces to the front and top floor. The middle section is transformed into a garden, serving as a pivotal transition zone between the public, semi-private, and private domains of the design.

Deptford Creek | London
Year 2, Second Semester
‘The Innocent Headquarters’ is a vibrant workplace and community hub in Deptford Creek, Greenwich, London, exemplifying innovation, sustainability, and community connection. The structure has been designed with resilient materials and advanced environmental strategies, and addresses flooding risks while enhancing the area’s transforming character.
Collaboration and interaction are being encouraged through open spaces, adaptable public areas, and a unified creek pathway. Natural materials and cutting-edge technology reflect the brand’s ethos, and promote a blend of work, nature, and community.

The impact of using stone and timber in nature and communities has been exploreded.
As an example, monocultural tree plantations decrease biodiversity levels, which creates less resilient ecosystems. When an ecosystem is not resilient, there is loss of food for species, loss of species, food insecurity to humans, decreased quality of life, social marginalisation, displacement, health hazards, modern slavery and many more.
