Camden Maxwell Outreach Administrator, PAC
When she learned that one of the farmworker programs in Oklahoma—which provides vital services such as housing, nutrition, food, and transportation fuel—was facing challenges, she immediately sprang into action.
Camden made numerous calls to major companies seeking donations, and she organized a clothing drive, personally delivering boxes of clothes and shoes to our farmworkers. I was truly impressed by her dedication and the lengths she went to support the people who work tirelessly to bring food to our tables.
Thank you so much, Camden!

The holidays are a time for joy, but let's be real—they can also be a bit much. Family gatherings, gift shopping, and juggling all the responsibilities can quickly turn festive cheer into stress. If you're feeling overwhelmed or battling the winter blues, you're not alone, and help is just a call away. Variety Care and NorthCare’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here to make sure you don’t have to navigate the holiday madness on your own. Whether you’re dealing with holiday stress, managing your budget, or just need someone to talk to, the EAP offers free, confidential support to you and your loved ones—no matter your insurance status, job type, or where you’re located.
GuidanceResources is available to provide useful tools and advice for the season. Whether it’s tips for managing stress, budgeting for gifts, or staying healthy, there’s a variety of resources to help you out. You can access articles, videos, and interactive tools anytime via GuidanceResources.com or the GuidanceNow app. Plus, if you’d prefer to speak with someone directly, you can connect with a professional counselor to discuss your concerns.
If you’d rather meet in person (or virtually), A Chance to Change offers both in-person and telehealth counseling options. You and your household can access up to six individual counseling sessions or 12 group sessions each year—totally covered. For additional support, WebTPA insurance also provides extra services if needed. Learn more at achancetochange.org. And there’s more! Starting in January, we’ll be launching OneLife, a new resource to further expand EAP services. Keep an eye out for more details, and look forward to even more ways to access the support you need.
If things feel like they’re getting too much, remember—help is always available. Dial 988 for immediate support.
Take care of yourself this holiday season. With a little help from the EAP, you can tackle the season feeling stronger, more supported, and ready to start the new year with confidence.

I celebrate the holidays with my family. We eat at the table, decorate a lot, and make tons of different foods. Afterward, we play games, share stories, and just enjoy each other's company.
