Our claims portal enables you to notify, manage and view your claims at the touch of a button, making the administration of your claims easy.

Practices are able to hold organised records of their clients, automatically generate monthly invoices and produce scheme related documentation at the click of a button. This highly adaptable platform is available free of charge to all practices with a Vantage TEI scheme. Our claims portal integrates with QUBE which allows you to submit and manage claims online. This combined platform is a real benefit to our national clients, as it provides scheme visibility across multiple office locations.

Your clients can purchase cover through the webshop whenever they wish. Vantage will collect payment and forward any practice commission to you to help reduce your practice and client administration. Policy documents are automatically generated for the client and renewals can be handled directly

by Vantage, subject to your approval.

The webshop method could be the right solution for your practice.

Whilst our online portal allows quick and efficient administration of claims, we will still pick up the phone to talk you through the claims process and how the Policy will react. You can of course phone us if you need an immediate response. All our claims handlers have tax knowledge and the broadest claims handling authority so that you can rest assured that you are talking to someone who understands and can make a decision.

HMRC Enquiries Investigations & Powers Publication Working in conjunction with Armstrong Media, Vantage Fee Protect clients get complimentary access to the ‘HMRC Enquiries Investigations & Powers Publication’. This twice monthly e-magazine provides articles and insight into all aspects of HMRC’s powers, including commentary on HMRC’s approach to enquiry work, and useful guidance on how best to handle enquiries. With content provided by experts across the field, including Managing Editor Mark Laughlin (a high profile tax expert and author), this publication provides something for everyone at all levels of technical knowledge and experience.

Insurance for Contractors Where you have contractor clients they will have access to further contractor insurance products and services, including Professional Indemnity, Public and Employers Liability insurances, IR35 contract reviews and a number of other business insurances, serviced via Qdos Contractor. These products can be purchased via our contractor webshop and using your exclusive discount code your clients will achieve a reduced rate on their order. Capital Allowances Review Legislation governing this area of the Taxes Acts became fully effective in April 2014, the risk of getting this wrong has potentially dire financial consequences. Our partners are able to provide your practice with a quality service that is both careful and accurate, so that all claims made to HMRC are secure. More specifically this service includes a full review of the property history, a full survey of the property including a valuation of qualifying items, a detailed report including advice on the most effective use of the tax allowances identified and finally, defence should HMRC challenge any aspect of the report. Research & Development (R&D) Tax Credit Relief There are three separate R&D schemes in the UK – Small & Medium Enterprise scheme (SME), the large Company Scheme and Vaccine Research Relief (VRR). In addition to these schemes, R&D Capital Allowances are also available for qualifying Capital Expenditure that is recorded through the balance sheet. Despite the significant benefits available, many accountants are still not claiming the relief available, which means that many companies are still missing out.
