Leftover Guide of Plum Tree Creek acts as an ex tension to the 2011 project. Designating “food” as the main focus of investigation, it looks at the production, supply, application, excess, and reuse, etc. of local foods, and considers the meaning as well as the future direction of an urban-rural mutual support model.

"I have conducted a leftover food survey of Taiwan, the most striking scene was in the Taipei Second Fruits & Vegetabels Wholesale Market- a vegetables mountain piled up in a morning, because the cabbage will still be stripped of several layers of beautiful leaves. These leaves can not feed the pigs (cleaners said it will cause pig diarrhea), and the government compost is placed next to the incinerator, it is very low yield, even some food waste will eventually fall into the incinerator. "
