There are eight dimensions of wellness, that are simplified into three categories: Mind, Soul and Body

Lighting plays a crucial role in realizing the desired concept Implementing a sustainable lighting system, such as the use of LED (Light Emitting Diode) fixtures, significantly reduces electricity consumption compared to traditional incandescent or fluorescent bulbs, resulting in lower overall energy usage and operating costs Additionally, warm lighting reminiscent of the sun in Provence creates a welcoming atmosphere
The "Ice Breaker" zone, a giant round washbasin that serves as a mediator between consumers and shop staff, draws the visitor's attention when they first enter the store instead of flat screens. This serves as a powerful metaphor for L'Occitane's decision to reduce the apparent presence of digital devices in its retail spaces.
