THE MODULES Our modules are produced ON SITE, in a factory which is located in the CENTRE OF THE PLOT.

Modules are then transported to their location by GANTRY CRANES which use 3 pairs of the existing train tracks

Our approach to the fortress:

- We give it a new function (office spaces for tech companies) - We connect it to the river - We let it breathe

We keep the heritage elements (cranes, some of the train tracks) We keep the idea of the port

That’s why we let the older fortress to be seen from the river

The fortress itself is pretty low It is hard not to block it Our waterfront may be too chaotic

socio-cultural heritage The port is used to block the city from the riverside

Our intervention hands back the river to the citizens With our intervention we revive the idea of the old Darรกnyi park

heritage defined by the economy of the danube The port used to be the economic driving force of the city As its almost unused today, it doesn’t have a huge impact on the economy of the city we keep the cranes as monuments of this past era

By attracting START-UPS and tech companies we revitalize the economy of the city, but this new economy will only be loosely related to the river.
