everything about this incident in cleveland is upsetting...why they, or he, were so quick on the trigger when it was a kid ? And then they do this to his sister? If you see a kid with a gun you still need to be very cautious but you also 6

know he is less capable with a gun, and can often find much less lethal alternatives than shooting. 6/9/14 Does OBAMA HAVE A SECRET MISSIOLOGICAL AGENDA re MUSLIM EXTREMISTS et al? I've been mulling over Obama's job as president for some time now,daily listening to criticism of him on almost all the right-wing radio stations. And being somewhat conservative myself ("compassionate conservative") my first tendency is to agree with the radio guys (Limbaugh,Hannity,et al with whom I often,but not always, agree on many matters). However,as I've been trying to figure out Obama I have begun to wonder if he has a covert missionary/evangelical 315

agenda/strategy that may or may not work.

The typical American reaction to terrorism & especially extremist Muslims is to try to "eliminate" them (ie an "eye-for-aneye").Even Christians generally join this bandwagon, including myself at times. And the radio guys repeatedly mock any thought of "befriending" extremists or the notion that they can be won over by kindness or "turning the other cheek". Yet, the Bible tells us that we are supposed to at least attempt to turn the other cheek. Yet at the same time from a strictly secular & national defense point-ofview the ONLY criteria is defending Americans from physical death or harm.Thus,a president in some regards,legally & constitutionally, is constrained from trying to effectuate an evangelical/missiological approach to the enemy. However,this is my only possible way of potentially understanding Obama if we are to assume he has a strategy or agenda. The question is whether extremists can be "won 316

over" by evangelicals? Or do they see everything thru the lens of winning/losing?

Do they only understand force & death? My other long-term scepticism towards Obama has to do with his pro-choice agenda..very much in favor of abortion. And my only way of possibly understanding those who favor Obama from a remotely possible argument is that unwanted unborn babies are better off dead given that they will be saved by God for eternity (given they can't make a conscious choice for or against God at such an age and can't be held accountable; the Bible does not state in any concrete way the fate of unborn souls). As for gay marriage,another problem I have with Obama, is the possibility that allowing gay marriage at least minimizes the chance of a gay "witch hunt" & being "terrorized" by the religious right & that we should leave morality & judgment issues to God alone (there are those that argue the 10 commandments et al apply to believers only).

I am not gay but every now & then have felt 317

the brunt of a gay-basher (who for whatever reason mistreated me as gay, & I didn't like it).

Once again,let me repeat that I am NOT defending Obama,but simply offering a possible way of understanding his actions from a theological perspective,even if it is somewhat "out there". But back to the main point: Is Obama attempting an evangelical/missiological approach to muslim extremists & will it work? What if we completely emptied out Guantanamo & handed them all back to their tribes? Would this be viewed by them as an act of grace & mercy & thereby acquiesce to peaceful coexistence or would they laugh & say/think that they "defeated" us, and gear up for more attacks on America? Will Obama be the first president to "experiment" in this regard? Sure,he will be ridiculed & it may backfire,but what if it works? What if it doesn't? That's the big "what if". If it doesn't 318

work, the status quo will continue. We will continue to fight terrorists & muslim extremists & will lose soldiers.If it does work,maybe there will be long-term peace.

Or is that wishful thinking? What would Jesus do? WWJD? As for the criticism of Bergdahl's dad speaking in Arabic @ the Whitehouse, that would also fit in with a missionary agenda.

Any missionary worth his or her salt is going to learn the language of the people to whom they are sent & is going to try to be friendly with them,without compromising nonnegotiable values & beliefs. Some of the critical radio personalities may not understand the missionary agenda & are seeing everything solely thru the lens of being American (even though some of these same radio guys also periodically show deference to Christianity). I'm just wondering if the missionary approach to foreign relations & terrorism might work? But if "they" 319

(terrorists,et al,as they say, do listen to the media,whether some of these radio personalities may,ironically, fuel their fire? If the missiological approach could work,and save more lives in the long-term,would some of these radio people be willing to stifle their criticism for a while to see if,in fact, it will work? Is there a remote hope for success via "friendship evangelism" by our president and our nation? If so,it would only work if we all work for it together,united ("one nation,under God,indivisible..." this is a pledge that everybody takes as an American).If we could achieve world peace via a missiological approach as a nation,how many billions or trillions of dollars would we save (from military expenditures) that could go towards so many other good ventures (education,infrastructure,technology,medicin e,etc). That's a lot of "ifs" and "what ifs" but is it worth a try?

6/5/14 WERE USA SOLDIERS SEEKING TO KILL BERGDAHL?! (If this is true,it would somewhat change the dynamics of the outcry re the soldiers who died during the alleged "search-&-rescue" mission for Bergdahl. Even if Berdahl did desert, does that justify killing him? Albeit if he deserted with the intention of aiding the enemy and the American soldiers had absolute certainty of such, at what point does Bergdahl become one of "them"? Only time will tell,after a thorough inquiry,the truth of this whole matter (assuming we ever get told the truth) .Personally, my opinion is that if Bergdahl simply became disheartened & despondent and left the compound without any intention of aiding the enemy,then he doesn't deserve to be treated like the enemy,per se. For that matter,if he had truly decided to switch sides,he could have used his own gun to go on a rampage inside the compound and kill American soldiers very easily. Yet he did NOT do so. Fox News has also learned new details about Ubben's heroic actions on the night of the attack, including fighting alongside the former Navy SEALs who were later killed.

The Diplomatic Security agent, earlier in the night, helped recover the body of Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith, going back into the smoke and flames at the Benghazi consulate multiple times until he found Smith, whom he believed to be already dead from smoke inhalation.

Fox News is not publishing his photo in full, out of respect for Ubben's request for privacy as he remains 426

focused on his family and his recovery alongside America's wounded warriors from Iraq and Afghanistan.

Hearing of the details from Fox News, Sean Smith's mother Pat said she hopes one day to meet Ubben in person.

"Thank you very much for what you've done," Pat Smith said, her voice filled with gratitude but also anger. "Why couldn't the government have done the same thing? I think (Ubben) is a hero. He absolutely is a hero along with the two Seals that got it. There's no reason for all these people to die."

Ubben also went back into the smoke-and-flame filled Benghazi consulate several times searching for Ambassador Chris Stevens, but could not find him.

I started a website entitled “God Notes”, among others, on posterous.com (posterous was subsequently purchased by Twitter but promised everything would remain as-is) on 11/30/10 and continued posting to it thru 8/16/12. Around that time, or shortly thereafter, I suddenly received a pop-up telling me that I was “permanently banned” from posting on posterous. It did NOT explain why, not offer any opportunity to “contact” them and ask for more information, etc. Subsequently, I wrote a letter via postal mail to the last known address of posterous headquarters in San Francisco and it subsequently was returned to me unread, as if there is nobody in that office anymore. Posterous did NOT go out-of-business, and you can still browse various posterous websites, but they removed ALL of mine except for one; namely my audio-bible website entitled www.HearingTheWord.posterous.com .

As of 2/19/13 this is the only posterous website of mine (of many) that remains available for viewing (and listening; it’s an audio site). Also subsequently, YouTube terminated my account citing, randomly, “copyright” issues and ‘community guideline” violations. However, YouTube signaled to me that they can pick-&-choose what they consider to be “community guidelines” even if it means being “too good” which seems to be the case (in one instance they chose a posting I made about an injured professional football player, entitled “thoughts & prayers for…” and used NO outside media footage(neither video or image or anything else) but simply a photo of the player’s name (created & photographed by me). Hence, what I ascertained, indirectly, was that I was becoming a political “hit job” by posterous/twitter and YouTube/google. They do NOT want nor like users who are “too conservative” (and yet I consider myself a moderate on the conservative side, indicating that extreme liberalism is the preferred “norm” for these institutions; whereas I frequently spoke out, and continue to do so, against abortion, and against gay marriage (yet am against gay bashing of any kind) .

Fortunately, I managed to salvage some of the posts by going back to my gmail account from which the post was sent. However, in some cases this does not include the original content if it was linked to a YouTube video, etc. Nor do I have the time or means to put it all back together from the original content because I do not have a “perfect cataloging system” for all my various media means & modes (much of it I do have backed up here& there but it’s on various different flash-drives, cd’s etc, some of which 441

subsequently failed, or in one case I had a few flash-drives stolen).

Hence, the only response to such deletion or loss of intellectual property is to try to at least show what activity you did on such behalf (for the doubters, scoffers, cynics, & political hitmen) and urge fellow believers to put pressure on such institutions against political hit jobs (one problem being that conservatives tend not to make much, or enough, “noise” (perhaps part of the reason we still have an extremely liberal president) while small segments of liberalism make disproportionate “noise” to get what they want (the gay community being one of them). With that said, I present to you my T-note (standing for “theological notes) or “god note” library, in part, for what it is worth; and also possibly for potential future legal action against Posterous/Twitter and/or YouTube/Google .
