Welcome to the fifth annual Vancouver Cocktail Week, presented by The Alchemist magazine. From March 1 to 8, 2026, we invite you to join us for an eight-day, city-wide celebration of the artistry, hospitality, and worldclass talent that define Vancouver’s vibrant cocktail community.
Since our launch in 2022, VCW has grown into a defining moment on the city’s culinary calendar. This milestone year features a dynamic program designed for everyone—from industry professionals and seasoned enthusiasts to curious newcomers. Throughout the week, you will experience the creativity of our local stars alongside international brand ambassadors and guest bartenders who fly in from around the globe to share their craft.
The festivities kick off with our signature Cocktail-Paired Brunch at Boulevard Kitchen + Oyster Bar, a beloved tradition that sets the stage for a week of discovery. From there, the schedule is packed with master classes, tasting events, neighborhood bar crawls, and our popular “cinq à sept” happy hours at partner venues. The week culminates in the glamour of the Gala of Cocktails in the Spanish Ballroom at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia.
Beyond the glass, VCW is rooted in community. We are proud to continue our support of Mind The Bar, with a portion of festival proceeds benefiting their essential mental health work within the hospitality industry.
We are thrilled to celebrate five years of cocktail excellence with you. Let’s raise a glass to the people and flavors that make Vancouver a global cocktail destination.
