Voucher Redemption Tutorial

REDEEMING VOUCHERS 1. Once logged in, navigate to the “Vouchers” section under the “My Canadians Tickets” tab in the menu.

2. Select the voucher package you would like to redeem. If applicable, rainout vouchers will also be listed here.

3. Click “Voucher Actions” located on the bottom of the page.

4. Click “Redeem” to begin the process.

REDEEMING VOUCHERS CONT. 5. Select the voucher(s) you would like to redeem by checking the corresponding box.

Alternatively, select all the unredeemed vouchers by selecting the corresponding box next to the package. When you are ready to redeem your vouchers, select “CONTINUE” at the bottom of the page.

6. Select the game you would like to redeem your vouchers for. Please note, the system only allows you to redeem one game at a time.

7. Pick the section where you would like to sit.

8. Select your seat(s). Please note that the system does not allow individual seats to be left stranded (unassigned).

REDEEMING VOUCHERS CONT. 9. After selecting your seat(s), select the bottom icon located at the bottom of the page.

10. Review your seat selection and game details. Once you are satisfied, click “CONTINUE.”

11. A final summary of your order will appear.

Please double-check your game and seat selection before placing your order. Confirm your game, seat location, and agreement to the terms and conditions before clicking “Place Order.”

12. After placing your order, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Please note that this page is not your ticket. Your ticket will now be available in your ticket inventory.
