Fitness Time for Ladies continues to grow as Phase 3 of their expansion is set to be finished later this month or early February, according to owner Dr. Kyle Hrdlicka. The popular women’s gym, located in the North Park Medical Center on Highway 66 North, offers ladies more than 6,000 square feet of options to get healthy and fit. With the completion of Phase 3, more locker space – about 20 are being added – will be available, along with a completed coffee and breakfast bar.
