Dr. Jeff McIlroy is the founder and chief of psychiatry for Strength of Mind Behavioral Health. He has been in practice for 24 years and is board certified in both general and geriatric psychiatry. Dr. McIlroy obtained his undergraduate degrees in biology and chemistry from Oklahoma Christian University, and his medical degree and psychiatry residency through the University of Oklahoma. After venturing into private practice, Dr. McIlroy recognized the need for a more comprehensive and multi-disciplinary organization that would better meet community needs in mental health. This led to his founding of Strength of Mind in 2004. The Christianbased practice has grown from an organization of two providers and a secretary to one of 27 providers with a support and administrative team of over 15. (continued on page 26)

Richard B. Saint, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a regional authority in the field of bladder and testis cancer, as well as other urological malignancies. He practices at the St. John Medical Office Building in Broken Arrow, with additional offices at St. Francis South in Tulsa and St. John Owasso.
