Who are we?
Founded in 1975, Valley RFC & Valley Fort RFC lead the way as one of Hong Kong’s top multi-faceted Sports Club with 7 different sports sections and a S88 registered charity. We offer sporting opportunities for children and adults aged from 4 years old and up. Valley Fort RFC lead and manage our thriving mini and youth rugby sections.
Proud of our diverse membership and through a rich history of sporting tradition and excellence, we develop children and adults through sport and in sport and strive to achieve utmost success both on and off the pitch, field and court.

Valley RFC and Valley Fort Rugby
Valley RFC are the most successful Rugby Club in Hong Kong, having won the most Premiership Grand Championship and League trophies in the Men’s and Women’s Premiership in the past 3 decades. Our community teams also see success in their leagues. We currently field 6 Senior teams featuring approximately 600 players and 4 touch / social teams.
We are the only Rugby Club to set up a fully branded pitch for our home games which feature brand exposure for our sponsors through branded pitch side banners, spectator tents and goal post pads. Our Premiership games are also streamed live on YouTube. We run 4 Club Days during the season where all our teams play back to back games and 1 Red and Black Supporters Day, where we highlight our partners and sponsors
A key pillar in our strategic plan focuses around the development of rugby in the local community. Our coaches currently coach across a wide variety of local schools and tertiary institutions.
Valley Fort RFC are our minis and youth rugby partners and our players and coaches are both very closely intertwined. This allows us to provide a visible and unobstructed pathway from children
Under 5's all the way to Senior Rugby. Our Valley Fort RFC members are primarily made up of children and families based on Hong Kong island featuring over 350 players making up approximately 20 teams.
Valley RFC Hockey
Our Hockey section features 9 Senior teams with 5 Men’s and 4 Women's teams taking part in the various senior leagues and tournaments across the Hong Kong competitions, ranging from community based teams all the way to top end performance teams.
They are all formally registered with the Hong Kong Hockey Association League and play all year round.
We also have a vibrant Youth Hockey section, featuring players who are 4 to 18 years old. We feature 5 Youth Hockey teams that take part in the Youth Hockey leagues and trainings each week.
Our total number of hockey players and parents reach approximately 600 participants in total throughout the hockey season
Valley RFC Netball
Our Netball section features a total of 10 Netball teams with over 180 players who are formally registered and take part in the Hong Kong Netball Association League competitions.
The Netball season include’s both league games and tournaments, including famous HKNA Netfest, which is the largest Netball festival in Hong Kong. Valley RFC work in association with the HKNA to run this festival.
We also run a very successful Back to Netball program which aides with the recruitment of new players.
For the first time this season, we have created a Men’s Netball team - the only Rugby Club to do so. And with this, we now have opportunities for both male and female options on all our sports offerings. Adhering to our values of being a diverse and inclusive club.
Valley RFC Youth
Our Youth Section features Netball and Hockey. In addition to this, Rugby is offered through our Minis and Youth Rugby section, Valley Fort RFC.
Our Youth Netball section features 5 teams with approximately 50 players playing Under 10, Under 12, Under 14 and Under 16/19 Level. These teams take part in the official Junior Netball League organised by the Hong Kong Netball Association.
Our Youth Hockey section features 5 teams with approximately 65 registered players this season with teams playing Under 6, Under 8, Under 10, Under 12's and Under 16 competitions. These teams train every week and play in invitational tournaments throughout the year. These tournaments can feature up to 1500 player and parents on the day.
We have also introduced seasonal holiday camps which run through the Summer, Autumn, Chinese New Year and Easter period. These camps are both open to Valley members and non-members and include a wide variety of sports from Hockey, Netball, Football, Tag Rugby, Football and Basketball.
2024 / 2025 - A Winning Season
The 2024/2025 season saw a record amount of success achieved by our Valley teams - we attribute this success to the continued support of our sponsors, who provide us with the funds to support our community sports development programs.
Our Womens Rugby teams won the Hong Kong China Rugby Womens Premiership and Championship and were a sports headline feature in the South China Morning Post print edition.
Our Mens Community rugby teams won the Hong Kong China Rugby Sevens Championship as well as the Fat Boy 10's tournament.
Our Mens U18 Premiership team were crowned Hong Kong China Rugby U18 Premiership Champions and Hong Kong Sevens U18 and U16 Cup Winners at the Hong Kong Sevens.
Our Womens Hockey team won the Hong Kong Hockey Association Division 2 Championship and our Womens Premiership team were Premiership League Finalists for the first time in 8 seasons
Our Womens Netball Premiership team were Premiership League Finalists and our Jaguars team were crowned League Champions.

Empowering minority groups through sports and leadership programs
Valley run various community based programs which aim to transform the lives of both the underprivileged youth in Hong Kong and the Domestic Helper community. We run year long sports and leadership empowerment programs that inspire confidence, teamwork and build a sense of belonging.
Valley Bright Girls and Boys Program
Our Valley Bright Girls and Boys program targets the ethnic minority youth in Hong Kong. Through structured athletics and mentorship, we equip young people with essential life skills, fostering discipline, ambition, and community spirit, all through the vehicle of sports. We also provide work opportunities for those that have graduated on from the program.
Valley Pink - Domestic Helper Teams
Our Valley Pink Domestic Helper team, features around 40 women working as domestic helpers in Hong Kong. The team trains every Sunday and have entered the Hong Kong Touch League. We are also looking to enter the team in the Hong Kong Tag league. We have ambitions to grow this program to also include Netball and Hockey so they can try other sports.
Currently the team play sport every Sunday for 4 consecutive Sundays, and then we will attend a workshop or host a workshop in relation to upskilling the group with various life skills.
Uniform Sponsorship
Our showcase sponsorship opportunity is through Uniform Sponsorship. Your company has the opportunity to feature their Logo on our sports uniform for all 3 of our major sports.
This includes both training uniform which is worn by all players at least twice a week and playing uniform once a week all throughout the year across Hong Kong and during overseas competitions
