While volunteer opportunities exist throughout our campuses and programs, we are one community working together to help every Warrior pursue their Quest for Excellence.

Campus Involvement Parent Teacher Prayer Fellowship (PTPF) Each campus is supported by an amazing PTPF group dedicated to meeting the unique needs of its school community. Many parents share that the friendships formed through PTPF have lasted well beyond their children’s time at VCS. Be on the lookout for communications from your campus early in the school year to get involved, or reach out directly to your campus office. Praying Parents Members of the VCS community gather weekly to pray for our students, faculty, and staff. The Warrior Fund is Valley Christian Schools’ annual fund and the primary way our community comes together each year to invest in the students, programs, and opportunities that make the VCS experience exceptional.

YOUTH WITH PROMISE (YWP) TUITION ASSISTANCE Our tuition assistance program is available to current and prospective students with demonstrated financial needs across all campuses. Tuition assistance allows qualified students to become Warriors who might not otherwise be able to.
CAMPUS SUPPORT You can give a gift to support your specific campus and directly benefit the greatest needs at the elementary, junior high, or high school.
PROGRAM SUPPORT You can make a gift to support a specific program, such as Athletics, Conservatory, AMSE, BEI, Wellness, or Spiritual Formation.

FOUNDERS PATH The 1960 Founders Path is an opportunity to honor the legacy of Valley Christian Schools while investing in its future. Commemorating our founding year and the faithfulness of David and Edie Wallace, along with Dr. Clifford E. Daugherty’s 40 years of leadership, this initiative celebrates all God has done and what is still to come. Our community is invited to purchase an engraved stone to be permanently installed on campus as a lasting tribute to lives shaped through Christ-centered education. More than a tribute, each gift strengthens the VCS Youth With Promise (YWP) Tuition Assistance fund, expanding access for future students. Donors can choose to give a one-time gift or set up a recurring gift directly on our website, give.vcs.net. Gifts can be given with a card or set up directly with a bank using direct debit.
Matching Gifts
Frequently, employers have matching gift programs, including Google, Apple, Adobe, and many others. If you (or your spouse) work for a company with a matching program, you could possibly double your impact for our students. Appropriate paperwork can be secured from your company’s Human Resources Department.
Gifts of Stock
Make a bigger impact by donating stock or other appreciated assets! Compared with donating cash or selling your appreciated securities and contributing the after-tax proceeds, you may be able to increase your gift and your tax deduction. We have made it easy to give in the form of stocks, ETFs, or cryptocurrency with a partnership with Overflow, app.overflow.co/valleychristian.
Recurring Gifts
Donors may set up a recurring (multi-month) gift transaction through the VCS website. This option enables donors to give larger gifts in small installments for a preset period.
Memorial & Honorary Gifts
This is a great way to honor a teacher, a friend, or a loved one, while simultaneously supporting the school. You can designate an honoree or indicate a memorial on the online giving page comments. A special card will be sent to the family of the individual being honored, announcing that a gift was made to the school in their honor (omitting the amount of the gift).
Anonymous Giving We respect any donor’s wish to remain anonymous. You can choose to make an anonymous gift (the specific gift will be noted as anonymous) or be an anonymous donor (every gift made would be anonymous, and your name would appear as “Anonymous” in our Annual Giving Report).

In 2025, the Valley Christian Schools Board of Directors established a new Endowment for Tuition Assistance to provide long-term support for students and families through our Youth With Promise Tuition Assistance program, ensuring that a VCS education remains accessible for generations to come. The Endowment provides an opportunity for donors to make a lasting investment in future generations of Valley Christian students. While annual gifts support today’s students and programs, endowment gifts are invested to provide enduring support for tuition assistance, helping ensure that access to a Christ-centered education remains available for generations to come. For those who desire to create a more personalized legacy, named endowment funds may also be established with a minimum gift of $250,000. These funds allow families and individuals to provide permanent support to the areas of Valley Christian Schools that are most meaningful to them.
