4 Once you are able to insert one size comfortably, your vagina has stretched
far enough for you to be able to use the next largest dilator. When you want to finish the stretching exercise, remove the dilator from the vagina, wash it and store it in the cotton bag.

Indications • Dyspareunia • Vaginismus • scarring following surgical cuts to the perineum (episiotomy) or perineal tears • after gynaecological operations • during and after radiotherapy / chemotherapy • after vaginal surgery involving tightening of the vagina and scarring • vaginoplasty / neovagina • narrowness of the vagina • In skin diseases such as certain forms of lichen, e. g. lichen sclerosus, the special size 5 LS is indicated for daily use. Stretching exercises with the Vagiwell Dilators can also be useful in making gynaecological examinations or the insertion of tampons less painful.
