RX ONLY ABOUT YOUR DIAPHRAGM Your diaphragm is a shallow cup with a flexing rim. When the diaphragm is coated with spermicidal gel and placed over the cervix (the opening of the uterus), it prevents sperm from entering the uterus and provides a reservoir for the spermicidal gel or cream.

The Wide-Seal diaphragms are the only diaphragms on the market made of SILICONE. Available in Arcing or Omniflex style.

ABOUT DIAPHRAGM PLACEMENT The diagram shows the vaginal walls, the cervix (protruding slightly into the vaginal vault) and, above it, the pubic notch.

When the diaphragm is properly fitted and inserted, it fits over the cervix and is tucked into the pubic notch and against the rear vaginal wall.

CLEANING, PRIOR TO FIRST-TIME USE Your Wide-Seal Diaphragm has been powdered with foodgrade powder. Cleanse the diaphragm before initial use by washing it with a mild, non-perfumed detergent and warm water, rinsing and drying it carefully.

NOTE: The food-grade powder should be thoroughly washed off before applying contraceptive gel into the dome of the diaphragm prior to insertion of the diaphragm.

To remove the diaphragm, insert your index finger, behind the front rim to break the suction. With your finger inside the rim pull the diaphragm down and withdraw it, but be careful not to puncture the silicone dome with your fingernail. Do not pinch the diaphragm–simply pull it gently with your finger.

CARE OF THE DIAPHRAGMS After removal, wash the diaphragm in liquid detergent and lukewarm water; thoroughly rinse in clear water and air dry. When your diaphragm is thoroughly dry, place it into the original plastic container. Before each use, hold the diaphragm up to a bright light to check for cracks or holes. Replace the diaphragm if indications of wear are observed. The personally fitted Wide-Seal diaphragm and spermicidal gel or cream assures maximum protection when used correctly. Continued use of the diaphragm and spermicidal gel or cream is advised until menopause is completed — 12 consecutive months without menstruation.

CONTRAINDICATIONS • An association has been reported between diaphragm use and Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a serious condition which can be fatal.

• Known sensitivities to silicone and/or prior history of Toxic Shock Syndrome.

IMPORTANT– Continuous prolonged wearing of the diaphragm may encourage the growth of certain bacteria in the vagina. These bacteria can lead to symptoms of Toxic Shock Syndrome.

SYMPTOMS OF TOXIC SHOCK SYNDROME (TSS) 1. Sudden high fever (102 °F / 39 °C, or over) 2. Nausea, vomiting and /or diarrhea 3. Fainting, feeling faint or dizziness when standing up 4. Rash over much of body (may resemble sunburn) 5. Weakness, tenderness and /or aching or pain of muscles and/or joints 6. Sore throat, red eyes, and general feeling of weakness If you have a sudden high fever and one or more of the above symptoms remove the diaphragm and call your doctor or other healthcare professional immediately.

RECOMMENDATION When you have a routine physical examination, your doctor may find it necessary to refit you.

Physiological changes may require a different size Wide-Seal diaphragm than you initially needed.

PREPARING THE DIAPHRAGM FOR INSERTION With clean hands, place the previously washed diaphragm on a flat surface with the dome of the cup down. Add spermicidal gel or cream into the cup of the diaphragm.

With your forefinger, spread the gel around the inside of the cup, under and around the surface of the silicone lip. Applying a thin film of gel or cream on the first entering lip of the diaphragm makes it easier to insert and helps to hold it securely in place. Remember, in order to be effective, your diaphragm must always be used with spermicidal gel or cream.

REMOVING THE DIAPHRAGM

WARNING • Keep your diaphragm and spermicide out of the REACH of CHILDREN. • If you are using any vaginal medication check the labeling and/or check with your doctor or healthcare specialist to assure there is no interaction with the diaphragm.

• All methods of contraception must be used according to directions: however, no method can guarantee 100% results against pregnancy.

DIAPHRAGM The diaphragm can be inserted while standing with one leg on a low chair or stool, lying down, squatting, or sitting forward on the edge of a chair. Remember, however, that the position of the cervix and vaginal vault changes with each position that you take, so always be certain that the cervix is covered.

CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR OR HEALTHCARE SPECIALIST If you have questions or are uncertain about the insertion, placement and use of your diaphragm.

If the diaphragm no longer fits snugly and slips out of place when you cough or walk.

If you have gained or lost more than ten pounds (4.5 kg).

If you have had a baby, an abortion or vaginal surgery.

If you notice any signs of deterioration in the diaphragm.

If there is blood on the diaphragm when it is removed (other than during menstruation).

If the diaphragm is felt by you or your partner during intercourse.

If you are unable to remove the diaphragm.

Pregnancy Rates for Birth Control Methods (For One Year of Use) The following table provides estimates of the percent of women likely to become pregnant while using a particular contraceptive method for one year. These estimates are based on a variety of studies.

Holding the diaphragm with the dome down, press the two notches in the diaphragm lip together. Now spread the lips of the vagina with one hand and gently insert the diaphragm (dome down) into the vagina along the rear wall as far as it will comfortably go. Your index finger can guide the diaphragm as you gently push it into place. Do not pinch the diaphragm.

POSITIONING THE DIAPHRAGM Tuck the front rim of the diaphragm up into the pubic notch so it is pressed against the front wall of the vagina.

As an added precaution, feel the cervix through the silicone shield (it is shaped like the tip of a dented nose) to make certain that the diaphragm is securely in place and that the entire cervix is covered.

Do not douche or remove the diaphragm for at least six hours after intercourse. The diaphragm should be removed as soon after this as possible. Removal of the diaphragm before six hours may increase the risk of pregnancy. Additional gel or cream should be applied if you desire to have intercourse again.

The diaphragm should never be left in place continuously, over 24 hours.

To reapply spermicidal gel or cream squeeze contents onto one or two fingers. Reapply as shown with each additional intercourse episode. At this time make sure the diaphragm covers the cervix. This added precaution should be followed with all applications of the spermicide.

HINWEIS: Das Puder von Nahrungsmittelqualität vor Aufbringen des empfängnisverhütenden Gels in der Kuppel des Diaphragmas vor der Einführung gründlich abwaschen.

GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG

VORBEREITUNG DES DIAPHRAGMAS ZUM EINSETZEN Legen Sie das vorher abgewaschene Diaphragma mit sauberen Händen auf eine flache Oberfläche mit der Kuppel der Schale nach unten. Geben Sie spemizides Gel bzw. spermizide Creme in die Schale des Diaphragmas.

Verteilen Sie das Gel mit dem Zeigefinger im Innern der Schale sowie unter der und im Bereich der Oberfläche der Silikonlippe. Das Auftragen eines dünnen Gel- oder Cremefilms auf der zuerst eingeführten Lippe des Diaphragmas erleichtert das Einsetzen und unterstützt die sichere Fixierung. Vergessen Sie nicht, dass das Diaphragma immer mit spermizidem Gel oder spermizider Creme verwendet werden muss, um wirksam zu sein.

DIAPHRAGMA Das Diaphragma kann im Stehen – indem Sie ein Bein auf einen niedrigen Stuhl oder Hocker stellen – im Liegen, in der Hocke oder im Sitzen auf der Vorderkante eines Stuhls eingeführt werden. Die Position des Muttermunds und der Scheidenwölbung ändert sich jedoch mit der eingenommenen Position. Sie müssen also immer sicherstellen, dass der Muttermund abgedeckt ist.

ENTFERNUNG DES DIAPHRAGMAS Um das Diaphragma zu entfernen, führen Sie den Zeigefinger hinter dem vorderen Rand ein, um die Saugwirkung zu unterbrechen. Ziehen Sie das Diaphragma mit dem innen am Rand angelegten Finger nach unten und heraus. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass Sie die Silikonkuppel nicht mit dem Fingernagel einreißen. Drücken Sie das Diaphragma nicht zusammen, sondern ziehen Sie es einfach mit dem Finger heraus PFLEGE DES DIAPHRAGMAS Waschen Sie das Diaphragma nachdem es entfernt wurde mit einem flüssigen Reinigungsmittel und lauwarmem Wasser ab. Spülen Sie es mit sauberem Wasser ab und lassen Sie es an der Luft trocknen. Wenn das Diaphragma ganz trocken ist, kann es in den Original-Plastikbehälter gelegt werden. Halten Sie das Diaphragma vor jedem Gebrauch gegen das Licht und prüfen es auf Risse oder Löcher. Ersetzen Sie das Diaphragma, wenn Anzeichen von Abnutzung sichtbar sind. Das persönlich angepasste Wide-Seal Diaphragma und das spermizide Gel oder die spermizide Creme stellen bei korrektem Gebrauch einen maximalen Schutz sicher. Die fortgesetzte Verwendung des Diaphragmas und des spermiziden Gels bzw. der spermiziden Creme wird bis zum Abschluss des Klimakteriums – 12 aufeinanderfolgende Monate ohne Menstruation – empfohlen.

KONTRAINDIKATIONEN • Eine Verbindung zwischen Diaphragmaverwendung und toxischem Schocksyndrom (TSS), ein gefährliches und möglicherweise tödlich verlaufendes Ereignis, ist dokumentiert.

• Bekannte Silikonsensibilität und/oder Vorgeschichte mit toxischem Schocksyndrom.

Rufen Sie sofort den Arzt oder einen anderen Gesundheitsdienstleister an.

WARNHINWEIS • Bewahren Sie das Diaphragma und Spermizid FÜR KINDER UNZUGÄNGLICH auf.

• Wenn Sie ein Vaginalmedikament verwenden, prüfen Sie das Etikett und/oder fragen Sie Ihren Arzt oder Gesundheitsdienstleister, um eine Wechselwirkung mit dem Diaphragma auszuschließen.

• Alle Empfängnisverhütungsmethoden müssen anleitungsgemäß angewandt werden: Keine Methode bietet jedoch 100 %igen Schutz vor einer Schwangerschaft.

Wenn das Diaphragma nicht mehr optimal sitzt und beim Gehen oder Husten verrutscht.

Bei Gewichtszunahme oder -abnahme von mehr als 4,5 kg (10 Pfund).

Nach einer Entbindung, Abtreibung oder einem Becken-/Vaginaleingriff.

Wenn sich Anzeichen von Qualitätsverlust/Alterserscheinungen beim Diaphragma bemerkbar machen.

Wenn sich nach dem Entfernen Blut am Diaphragma befindet (zu anderen Zeiten als bei der Regelblutung).

Wenn Sie oder Ihr Partner das Diaphragma beim Verkehr spüren.

Wenn sich das Diaphragma nicht entfernen lässt.

POSITIONIERUNG DES DIAPHRAGMAS Setzen Sie den vorderen Rand des Diaphragmas nach oben in die Schambeineinbuchtung ein, so dass er gegen die Vorderwand der Scheide drückt.

Tasten Sie den Muttermund als zusätzliche Vorsichtsmaßnahme durch die Silikonabschirmung ab (er hat die Form einer eingebeulten Nasenspitze), um sicherzustellen, dass das Diaphragma fest sitzt und der Muttermund vollständig abgedeckt ist.

Mindestens sechs Stunden nach dem Koitus keine Intimdusche verwenden und das Diaphragma nicht entfernen. Das Diaphragma danach möglichst schnell entfernen. Eine Entfernung des Diaphragmas vor Ablauf von sechs Stunden kann das Schwangerschaftsrisiko erhöhen. Noch einmal Gel oder Creme anwenden, wenn nochmaliger Verkehr gewünscht wird.

Das Diaphragma darf nicht länger als 24 Stunden ununterbrochen angelegt bleiben.

Zur erneuten Anwendung von spermizidem Gel oder spermizider Creme drücken Sie den Inhalt auf einen oder zwei Finger. Wenden Sie es wie gezeigt bei jedem nochmaligen Verkehr an.

Stellen Sie dabei sicher, dass das Diaphragma den Muttermund bedeckt. Diese zusätzliche Vorsichtsmaßnahme sollte bei allen Spemizidanwendungen befolgt werden.

PREPARACIÓN DEL DIAFRAGMA PARA SU INTRODUCCIÓN Con las manos limpias, coloque el diafragma previamente lavado sobre una superficie plana con la cúpula de la copa hacia abajo. Añada gel o crema espermicida en la copa del diafragma.

CÓMO QUITAR EL DIAFRAGMA Para retirar el diafragma, introduzca el dedo índice detrás del borde delantero para eliminar la succión. CONTRAINDICACIONES • Se ha notificado una asociación entre el uso de diafragma y el síndrome de shock tóxico (SST), una afección grave que puede resultar letal.

• Sensibilidad conocida a la silicona y/o historial anterior de síndrome de shock tóxico.

IMPORTANTE: si se lleva de forma continua y prolongada, puede fomentarse el crecimiento de determinadas bacterias en la vagina. Estas bacterias pueden provocar los síntomas del síndrome de shock tóxico.

4. Exantema por gran parte del cuerpo (similar a quemaduras solares).

Si tiene fiebre alta repentina y uno o más de los síntomas anteriores, retire el diafragma y llame al médico o a otro profesional sanitario de inmediato.

ADVERTENCIA • Mantenga el diafragma y el espermicida fuera del ALCANCE de los NIÑOS. • Si utiliza cualquier medicación vaginal, lea el prospecto o consulte a su médico o especialista sanitario para asegurarse de que no exista interacción con el diafragma.

COL DE NETTOYAGE AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION L’UTÉRUS Votre diaphragme Wide-Seal a été en saupoudré de poudre de catégorie alimentaire. Avant la première utilisation, lavez votre diaphragme avec un savon doux non parfumé et de PAROIS VAGINALES l’eau chaude, puis rincez-le et séchez-le soigneusement.

REMARQUE : Avant l’insertion du diaphragme, la poudre de catégorie alimentaire doit être soigneusement rincée avant d’appliquer le gel de contraception dans le dôme du diaphragme.

MODE D’EMPLOI

PRÉPARATION DU DIAPHRAGME POUR L’INSERTION Après vous être soigneusement lavé les mains, placez le diaphragme préalablement lavé sur une surface plate avec le dôme de la cupule orienté vers le bas. Placer le gel ou la crème spermicide dans la cupule du diaphragme.

Avec votre index, dispersez le gel à l’intérieur de la cupule, sous la surface de la lèvre de silicone et sur son pourtour. L’application d’une fine couche de gel ou de crème sur la lèvre d'entrée initiale du diaphragme facilite son insertion et contribue à le maintenir solidement en place. Pour garantir son efficacité, le diaphragme doit toujours être utilisé avec du gel ou une crème spermicide.

INSERTION DU DIAPHRAGME Le diaphragme peut être inséré en position debout avec une jambe relevée sur une chaise ou un tabouret bas, couchée, accroupie ou assise à l’avant sur le bord d’une chaise. N’oubliez pas, cependant, que la position du col de l’utérus et de la voûte vaginale change à chaque position que vous prenez, assurez-vous donc que le col de l’utérus est couvert.cervix is covered.

Tout en maintenant le diaphragme avec le dôme vers le bas, appuyez en même temps sur les deux encoches de la lèvre du diaphragme. Écartez ensuite les lèvres du vagin avec une main et insérez délicatement le diaphragme (dôme vers le bas) dans le vagin le long de la paroi arrière, aussi loin que possible. POSITIONNEMENT DU DIAPHRAGME Rentrez le bord avant du diaphragme vers le haut dans la symphyse pubienne afin qu'il soit positionné contre la paroi avant du vagin.

Par mesure de précaution supplémentaire, touchez le col de l’utérus à travers l’écran de silicone (il est en forme de la pointe d’un nez cabossé) pour s’assurer que le diaphragme est bien en place et que le col de l’utérus est entièrement recouvert.

Évitez les douches vaginales et ne retirez pas le diaphragme pendant au moins six heures après un rapport sexuel. Le diaphragme doit ensuite être retiré le plus rapidement possible. Le retrait du diaphragme avant l’écoulement d’une période de six heures peut augmenter le risque de grossesse. En cas de rapports sexuels consécutifs, il est possible de rajouter du gel ou une crème spermicide.

Il ne faut pas garder le diaphragme plus de 24 heures.

RETRAIT DU DIAPHRAGME Pour retirer le diaphragme, insérez votre index derrière le rebord avant pour rompre la succion. Avec votre doigt à l’intérieur du bord, tirez le diaphragme vers le bas pour le retirer, mais veillez à ne pas percer le dôme en silicone avec votre ongle. Ne pincez pas le diaphragme, mais tirez-le doucement avec votre doigt.

ENTRETIEN DU DIAPHRAGME Après le retrait, nettoyez le diaphragme avec un détergent liquide et de l’eau tiède ; rincez abondamment à l’eau claire et laissez sécher à l’air. Lorsque le diaphragme est complètement sec, placez-le dans son étui en plastique d’origine. Avant chaque utilisation, vérifiez à la lumière vive qu'il n'y a pas de fissures ou de trous. Si le diaphragme montre des signes d’usure, remplacez-le. Le diaphragme personnalisé Wide-Seal et le gel ou la crème spermicide assurent une protection maximale lorsqu’ils sont utilisés correctement. L’utilisation continue du diaphragme et du gel ou de la crème spermicide est conseillée jusqu’à la ménopause établie — 12 mois consécutifs sans menstruation.

CONTRE-INDICATIONS • Une association a été signalée entre l’utilisation du diaphragme et le syndrome de choc toxique (SCT), une maladie grave qui peut être fatale.

• Ne pas utiliser en cas de sensibilité au silicone et/ou d'antécédents de syndrome de choc toxique.

Pour appliquer de nouveau du gel ou de la crème spermicide, appliquez une noisette de produit sur un ou deux doigts. Appliquez de nouveau comme indiqué en cas de rapports sexuels consécutifs. Dans ce cas, assurez-vous que le diaphragme est toujours en place et recouvre bien le col de l’utérus. Cette précaution supplémentaire doit être suivie avec toutes les applications du spermicide.

IMPORTANT – Le port continu et prolongé du diaphragme peut favoriser une augmentation de certaines bactéries dans le vagin. Ces bactéries peuvent mener aux symptômes du syndrome de choc toxique.

INFORMAZIONI SUL DIAFRAMMA ACQUISTATO Questo diaframma è formato da una coppetta poco profonda con bordo flessibile. COME POSIZIONARE IL DIAFRAMMA Il diagramma illustra le pareti vaginali, la cervice (che si proietta leggermente dentro la volta vaginale) e, sopra di essa, l’attaccatura del pube. Se adattato e inserito in maniera corretta, il diaframma segue l’andamento della cervice e si inserisce all’interno dell’attaccatura pubica e contro la parete vaginale posteriore.

INDICAZIONI PER L’USO PREPARAZIONE DEL DIAFRAMMA PER L’INSERIMENTO Dopo aver lavato le mani, disporre il diaframma già lavato su una superficie piana con la volta della coppetta rivolta verso il basso. Inserire nella coppetta gel o crema spermicida.

Spargere il gel in tutta la coppetta usando il dito indice, sotto e intorno alla superficie del bordo di silicone. L’applicazione di un sottile strato di gel o di crema sul margine del diaframma che entra per primo agevola l’inserimento del diaframma e aiuta a mantenerlo in posizione. Ricordare che, perché abbia efficacia, il diaframma va sempre usato insieme a gel o crema spermicida.

RIMOZIONE DEL DIAFRAMMA Per togliere il diaframma, inserire il dito indice dietro il margine frontale per interrompere l’effetto a ventosa. Con l’indice inserito dentro il margine, tirare il diaframma verso il basso ed estrarlo, facendo attenzione a non forare con l’unghia la cupola di silicone. Non pizzicare il diaframma, ma tirarlo delicatamente con il dito.

COME AVERE CURA DEL DIAFRAMMA Dopo aver tolto il diaframma, lavarlo con detergente liquido e acqua tiepida; risciacquarlo accuratamente, lasciandolo asciugare all’aria. Una volta asciugato completamente, riporlo nel contenitore di plastica. Prima di ogni utilizzo esaminare il diaframma in controluce per verificare l’eventuale presenza di screpolature o di fori; se appare consumato sostituirlo. Il diaframma Wide-Seal, personalizzabile per ogni donna, insieme al relativo gel o crema spermicida, garantisce la massima protezione quando lo si usa nella maniera corretta. Si consiglia un uso continuato del diaframma e del gel o della crema spermicida finché la menopausa non sia completa , vale a dire dopo 12 mesi consecutivi senza mestruazioni.

CONTROINDICAZIONI • È stato riportato un collegamento tra l’uso del diaframma e la sindrome da shock tossico (Toxic Shock Syndrome, TSS), una grave condizione che può essere fatale.

• Sensibilità note nei confronti del silicone e/o storia pregressa di sindrome da shock tossico.

IMPORTANTE – L’utilizzo prolungato continuo del diaframma può stimolare la crescita di determinati batteri nella vagina. Questi batteri possono causare sintomi della sindrome da shock tossico.

SINTOMI DELLA SINDROME DA SHOCK TOSSICO (TSS) 1. Febbre alta improvvisa (39 °C / 102 °F o più).

In caso di febbre alta improvvisa e uno o più dei sintomi precedenti, togliere il diaframma e chiamare subito il medico o un altro professionista sanitario.

PULIZIA, PRIMO UTILIZZO Il diaframma Wide-Seal acquistato è stato cosparso di polCERVICE vere di grado alimentare. Pulire a fondo il diaframma prima di usarlo la prima volta, lavandolo con un detergente delicato, PARETI VAGINALI non profumato e acqua calda; risciacquarlo e lasciarlo asciugare bene.

NOTA - Prima di inserire il diaframma, e prima di applicare il gel contraccettivo all’interno della sua volta, la polvere di grado alimentare va accuratamente eliminata mediante lavaggio.

DIAFRAMMA Il diaframma può venire inserito stando in piedi e appoggiando una gamba su una sedia bassa o su uno sgabello; da sdraiata; in posizione accovacciata o stando seduta sul bordo della sedia. Tenere però presente che il posizionamento della cervice e della volta vaginale varia ogni volta che ci si mette in una posizione diversa; assicurarsi quindi che la cervice sia coperta.

AVVERTENZA • Tenere il diaframma e lo spermicida fuori della PORTATA dei BAMBINI. • Se si sta utilizzando un farmaco o trattamento vaginale, controllare l’etichetta e/o consultare il medico o specialista sanitario per accertarsi che non vi siano interazioni con il diaframma.

• Ogni metodo contraccettivo va usato secondo le istruzioni; tuttavia nessun metodo può garantire sicurezza al 100 % contro un’eventuale gravidanza.

RACCOMANDAZIONI Durante una visita medica di routine, è possibile che il medico decida di sostituire il diaframma: i cambiamenti fisiologici possono richiedere un diaframma Wide-Seal di dimensioni differenti rispetto a quello utilizzato inizialmente.

Se il diaframma non aderisce più adeguatamente e, tossendo o camminando, fuoriesce dalla posizione originale.

Se si sono acquistati o persi più di 4,5 kg (10 libri).

In caso di parto, aborto o intervento vaginale.

In caso si notino segni di deterioramento del diaframma.

Se il diaframma è insanguinato quando viene rimosso (eccetto durante il mestruo).

Se, durante il rapporto, la portatrice o il partner avverte la presenza del diaframma.

In caso non si riesca a togliere il diaframma.

Tenendo il diaframma con la volta rivolta verso il basso, premere l’una contro l’altra le due attaccature del bordo del diaframma. Quindi con una mano divaricare le labbra della vagina e inserire delicatamente il diaframma (con la cupola rivolta verso il basso) all’interno di quest’ultima lungo la parete posteriore, fino a che esso scorrerà senza difficoltà. Mentre si spinge con delicatezza il diaframma in posizione il dito indice può fungere da guida. Il diaframma non va pizzicato.

POSIZIONAMENTO DEL DIAFRAMMA Rimboccare il margine frontale del diaframma dentro l’attaccatura pubica in modo che esso risulti premuto contro la parete frontale della vagina.

Come ulteriore precauzione, tastare la cervice attraverso la protezione di silicone (la forma è simile a quella della punta di un naso con delle dentellature); ciò per accertarsi che il diaframma sia bene in posizione e che tutta la cervice sia coperta.

Per applicare nuovamente il gel o la crema spermicida, spremere il contenuto su uno o due dita. Prima di ogni altro rapporto sessuale, applicare come mostrato, facendo attenzione che il diaframma copra la cervice. Occorre attenersi a questa ulteriore precauzione durante ogni applicazione dello spermicida.

Non fare la doccia né togliere il diaframma per almeno sei ore dopo il rapporto sessuale; dopodiché il diaframma va rimosso prima possibile. La rimozione del diaframma prima di sei ore può aumentare il rischio di gravidanza. Se si desidera avere un altro rapporto, occorre applicare altro gel o crema.

Il diaframma non va mai lasciato in posizione ininterrottamente, nell’arco delle 24 ore.
