How does Daysy work?
• A cycle starts on the first day of your menstruation and ends on the day before your next menstruation begins. Daysy tracks your cycle length.
Daysy indicates your fertile and nonfertile window. The fertile window includes your ovulation day and the five days that sperm can survive.
• Your basal body temperature (waking temperature) is slightly lower before you ovulate and then increases after you have ovulated by 0.25°C - 0.45°C. Daysy‘s sensor monitors your basal body temperature (BBT).
• Daysy automatically disregards abnormal data. The combination of a certified medical device and fertility algorithm eliminates user errors in the evaluation of fertile and infertile days.
A yellow light shows Daysy is still learning and your cycle is fluctuating.
A green light means you are not fertile. A red light means you are fertile.

The first few cycles of use are consi dered Daysy‘s learning phase. Over the course of the learning phase, Daysy will come to understand your cycle and begin narrowing down your fertile window.
