My ideal day starts with early morning yoga at PC Yoga Collective and catching a coffee with a friend afterward at Hill ’ s Kitchen , or a morning tour on the mountain before the lifts roll , then getting out on the slopes with the kids in the winter or mountain biking in the summer
Evenings are spent at our favorite spots including The Bar at St. Regis Deer Valley , Silver Star restaurant , playing a round of golf or pickle - ball with friends or sitting on the patio taking in the view Good food , mountain air , and zero rush
