Quick guide to permissions. Have you ever wondered about what you can and can't do in your home? We've put together this handy overview of our permissions to help you check what is or isn't included in your housing agreement.

A) Needs no permission Shed (Backyard/garden only. As long as garden is not communal) - The size must be no larger than 3m in depth, 2.45m in height and 2.45m in width. (10ft D x 8ft H x 6ft W) Greenhouse (Backyard/garden only. As long as garden is not communal) – The size must be no larger than 3m in depth, 2.45m in height and 2.45m in width. (10ft D x 8ft H x 6ft W) Gate Compost bin Please note, sheds and greenhouses must not be placed against any fence or structures.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do any alterations without our approval, you will be in breach of your tenancy agreement which may lead to action being taken. Permissions are granted subject to numerous terms and conditions such as, having a clear rent account, no tenancy breaches, etc. We also do not grant permissions whilst residents are on a starter tenancy.
