• Remove and install new concrete curb, railing, terrace pavers, planters, and drainage
• Remove existing brick and install new brick
• Repair concrete columns, stairs, deck, soffit
• Repair damaged masonry wall rowlock
• Repair damaged waterproofing flashing
• Repair, prime, paint, and fireproof corroded steel I-beams
• Repoint masonry walls
• Waterproof terrace deck, door, and entrance
