Sports Centre

Accessible to the general public, the Valcartier Sports Centre is one of the largest sports complexes in the Quebec City region. It is the ideal place for physical activities.

Located on Base Valcartier, the centre offers a wide range of facilities and services. Come and practice your favorite sport such as pickleball, badminton, basketball, volleyball, squash and much more. Take advantage of our weight-training and cardio equipment, 200-metre track and swimming pool.

Adapted Fitness Program for VETERANS

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE?

• A fitness assessment for each new veteran enrolled

• Access to 8 weeks of group class programming

• A training program adapted to your condition

• Access to workshops offered by Health Promotion (e.g., nutrition, stress management, sleep, etc…)

FOR WHO?

This program is offered to living and non-living veterans with pain and/or limitations.

The Multisports Program is a motor development program based on the discovery of sports through play, fun and learning. The aim of this program is to develop an interest or even a passion for a particular sport and/or discipline, but also to develop a taste for staying active and maintaining good habits throughout their lives.
