• Access to workshops offered by Health Promotion (e.g., nutrition, stress management, sleep, etc…)

The Multisports Program is a motor development program based on the discovery of sports through play, fun and learning. The aim of this program is to develop an interest or even a passion for a particular sport and/or discipline, but also to develop a taste for staying active and maintaining good habits throughout their lives.
