National integration Day is observed annually on November 19 in India. The purpose behind this day is to preserve in the minds of people, the beauty of unity in diversity in the socio-culturally rich country. The NSS cultural committee proudly formed a with CHRD club to showcase their no bound engineering brain and perform cultural activities and devoted performances on the occasion of NATIONAL INTEGRATION DAY: which took place on the same day the late Great Indira – first lady Prime Minister of India was born, that being November 19. The event fell under the umbrella of AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV- 75 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE.

All the participants did not only put up a great event, but proved that despite them belonging to different states sand following different religions, they will unite together at the times of showing the quoteunquote UNIVERSITY IN DIVERSITY and LOVE shared among them and fellow Indians. This outstanding phenomenal event was organized on GOOGLE MEET on the evening of November 19 2021. To make the occasion even more special, the great institutes of NIT Calicut and MNIT Jaipur were invited to celebrate with them. as H.K Dave Sir and Tanmay Sinha (ALUMNI) showed up at the event and served as honour of the event. the guests were warmly welcomed to the event as the team prepared to deliver a sweet welcoming speech for the respected guests.
The faculty members and CHRD chairmen took the golden opportunity to deliver the speech and welcomed the respected chief guests and other participants. Then a documentary prepared by the team about integration day was shown. It told us about how India has a history of women in power, be it Razia Sultan or Rani Lakshmibai, or Maharani Durgavati.
This goes on to say the strong character found in women of India throughout history and their contribution to the unification and integration of all the different parts of our society. National Integration Day is dedicated to the life of one such leader, Mrs. Indira Gandhi. She was the first female Prime Minister of India and served the country for 11 years. She has been viewed as one of the strongest leaders of Post-Independence India.
It was followed by quizzing, singing and dance events (showcasing different regions from India) which filled everyone with high spirits and floated with fun. Besides the fun and all activities the main purpose of celebrating the national integration is to promote peace, unity and integrating between all the different segment of society living in India.
