The Vail Valley Foundation is dedicated to sustaining and enhancing the quality of life within the Vail Valley from an educational, cultural, athletic and communitybased perspective. In essence, enriching the mind, body and soul of both the Vail Valley Community, our myriad international guests who visit us and the many global corporations and brands who yield a tangible return on investment through intelligent and strategic support of select Foundation initiatives.

MARCH 22 – 25, 2012 The American Ski Classic is the longest standing, largest skiing competition and festival of its kind in North America. Skiing legends, sports and entertainment celebrities and corporate America join together on the slopes of Vail in March 2012 to usher in the events’ 30th Anniversary celebration.

The event combines the thrill of professional and amateur ski racing with an array of entertainment options. In addition to the racing action, the American Ski Classic features a festive social schedule of the highest quality.

The Vail International Dance Festival brings the world’s greatest dancers, choreographers and musicians to the stages of the Vail Valley for a two week celebration of dance.

Hot Summer Nights

This annual free summer concert series is hosted at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater Tuesday evenings throughout the summer months.

With shows ranging from rock to country to bluegrass to funk and beyond, the Bud Light Hot Summer Nights has become synonymous with summer for locals and visitors alike.

Throngs of music lovers gather at the Amphitheater each week to enjoy the festivities.
