VISIO. VERTERE. VIRTUTE. THE VISION TO TRANSFORM WITH EXCELLENCE

Since our inception in 1983, we’ve put principles and people ahead of shortterm profits and made excellence a way of life. This philosophy has resulted in thriving careers, a stellar reputation, and a long list of satisfied clients. After 40 years, we’re just getting started.

OUR VALUES

ƒ Unwavering Integrity

ƒ Commitment to Excellence

ƒ Focus on Clients

ƒ Dedication to Employees

ƒ Service to Community

OUR PART

When V3 talks about transforming the world, it’s not just the “built” world. We believe job satisfaction involves giving back and supporting communities in ways outside of the conventional. We have ongoing relationships with eight different local and international non-profit organizations that align with our company’s core competencies. Through the V3 Social Responsibility Program (VSR), our company provides every employee with paid time off to volunteer their time and skills to help those in need. Whether contributing in river cleanups, mentoring STEM educational programs, constructing housing or delivering new water systems in Central America, we understand that being an enriched employee often means being an engaged citizen.
