V3 and Bloc Design have recently joined forces and are operating in North Carolina as V3 Southeast, P.C. Together, our collective team has extensive experience that is applied through a collaborative approach with superior client service and responsiveness at its core. We exist to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions, development, and infrastructure improvements, that provide creative technical expertise and exceptional client service.

Our name is indicative of that mindset, representing three Latin “V” words: “Visio,” “Vertere,” “Virtute” or “The Vision to Transform with Excellence.”

Any number of consulting firms claim to provide the essential services. We differ in how those services work together with an intense focus on guiding your project successfully to completion. With expertise that spans multiple skill sets – from planning to civil engineering, infrastructure design, and rehabilitation to construction phase services – we pursue a multi-disciplined approach that generates creative alternatives to your planning and development challenges. We don’t approach your project with a bias toward any single solution but combine innovative approaches with best practices to achieve optimum results.

OUR PART

When V3 talks about transforming the world, it’s not just the “built” world. We believe job satisfaction involves giving back and supporting communities in ways outside of the conventional. We have ongoing relationships with eight different local and international non-profit organizations that align with our company’s core competencies. Through the V3 Social Responsibility Program (VSR), our company provides every employee with paid time off to volunteer their time and skills to help those in need. Whether contributing in river cleanups, mentoring STEM educational programs, constructing housing or delivering new water systems in Central America, we understand that being an enriched employee often means being an engaged citizen.
