Ted is a seasoned professional with extensive railroad operation, maintenance and construction experience. He leads railway economic viability studies, bridge, facility and track inspections, and maintenance and rehabilitation projects. His experience in route selection, environmental statement preparation, and negotiation and execution of permits brings invaluable expertise to railroad projects. Ted has provided due diligence evaluations of railroad and transit systems with values in excess of $4 billion on four continents.

As an Intermodal Technical Lead, she supports terminal flow analysis, crane productivity evaluations, and operational modeling to improve efficiency, safety, and decision‑making across intermodal and marine facilities. Patrick is experienced delivering railroad infrastructure, rail operations, and transportation construction projects. His background includes managing active freight and commuter rail improvements for Union Pacific Railroad, Metra, and the Illinois Tollway, with expertise in track relocation, bridge reconstruction, station improvements, and construction management. He combines handson railroad operations experience with engineering oversight, helping agencies maintain safe, uninterrupted rail service while delivering complex infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget.
