Skilled at organizing complex, multidisciplinary efforts, Sarah’s leadership supports a talented team dedicated to creating spaces that connect.
Todd leads Ohio’s Transportation and Municipal Group, overseeing roadway, bridge, and traffic projects from planning through construction. With decades of experience in ODOT and municipal projects, he provides strategic leadership and expertise in feasibility studies, corridor planning, and stakeholder coordination.
Leading public infrastructure advancement and utility system planning, Mike oversees design, permitting, and construction for water, sanitary, roadway, and stormwater projects. His expertise in funding, compliance, and multi-agency coordination drives strategic improvements across Ohio.
