Each year, the College of Arts and Sciences recognizes a selection of students who represent excellence in the class of graduates. These students are nominated by their departments and selected by the college based on scholarly achievement, commitment and contributions to their programs in and out of the classroom. Along with the outstanding graduates selected by the college, the university also designates three undergraduates with the Tobin Memorial and Rosemarie Martha Spitaleri Outstanding Undergraduate Award as outstanding graduating students. The award recognizes students for exhibiting the finest leadership, academic integrity and citizenship qualities. This year, the university has chosen two College of Arts and Sciences students to be honored with this award. Please join us in recognizing these two students for their monumental achievements as they wrap up their undergraduate careers.
