FIELD GUIDE TO THE 2024-2025
THE UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING IS COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING TRANSFER STUDENTS AND THEIR SUCCESS. Since 1886, UW has blazed a path to create what the world needs. As we go boldly into the future and make things happen, we want you to become a Cowboy and lead us there. As Wyoming’’s only four-year university, we accept this honor of being the land-grant institution created for the people by the people. This spirit drives us to show the world who we are.

There is a $40 non-refundable admission fee to apply and it takes about 10 minutes.
Application requirements: - 2.0 cumulative GPA with at least 12 attempted credit hours.

The estimated cost of attendance is a standardized estimate of the overall cost for a student to attend UW for one academic year. It represents the best estimate of expenses a student might expect to incur.
Tuition is based on a block tuition rate for students enrolled in 12-18 credit hours per semester for undergraduate programs. If enrolled in more or less than the block rate, tuition will adjust accordingly.
