The objective of Phi Lambda Sigma is to recognize and promote leadership qualities in pharmacy students, faculty and alumni. To be eligible for membership, a student shall have completed their first year of pharmacy school, shall be of high moral and ethical character, and shall have a minimum grade point average of 2 5 Prospective members are nominated based on their demonstration of dedication, service and leadership in the advancement of pharmacy

Jade Enevoldsen graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Pharmacy in 2007 and has since spent 16 years working for Walmart Health and Wellness in a retail setting Growing up in a small town in western Nebraska, he learned the importance of community and helping others Jade met his wife of 16 years, Natalie, while studying at the University of Wyoming Jade's career began in Salt Lake City as a staff pharmacist for Walmart During his 5 years as a staff pharmacist, and 2 years as Pharmacy Manager, Jade always found time and enjoyed mentoring future pharmacists from the University of Utah and Roseman University College of Pharmacy
After starting a family, and realizing how much they missed Laramie, Jade took the opportunity to transfer back to town as Pharmacy Manager at Walmart in 2014 He is passionate about providing students with various opportunities, including a growing number of clinical services, in a fast-paced setting while establishing strong connections within the community When Jade isn’t at the pharmacy, he spends his time coaching baseball and basketball, watching his three children (Brynlee, Jaxson, and Beckett) participate in various activities, or enjoying Wyoming’s fishing, hunting, golfing, camping, and snowboarding Jade is grateful to the phenomenal staff at the UW School of Pharmacy for the opportunity to serve as a preceptor of their gifted and dedicated students and looks forward to future collaborations
Kylee was first introduced to pharmacy in her hometown of Torrington, Wyoming She completed her pre-pharmacy coursework at the University of Wyoming prior to be accepted into the PharmD program. She spent summers as an intern at Vandel Drug in Torrington but knew she wanted to do a residency Kylee graduated from UW School of Pharmacy in 2009 and went on to complete a PGY1 residency at the Denver VA Medical Center She then became a staff pharmacist at North Colorado Medical Center in December of 2010 In 2014 Kylee accepted the position of Associate Director and Residency Program Director and continues in that role today. She earned her board certification in Pharmacotherapy in 2010 and added Critical Care in 2016 Wanting to grow her skills further, she completed the MHSA program at UW in 2021 Her professional interests include internal medicine, critical care and operations She resides in Timnath, Colorado with her husband and three children
Alicia Burr - Alicia would like to thank her husband Brady and her children Brooks, Lakelyn, and Bryson for their continued support as she completed this program while working full-time Alicia would also like to thank Elliot Sogol for helping her get organized each semester and completing the program on an earlier timeline.
