Welsh Liberal Democrats
Camac Harp Festival
Over the week-end of 6th / 7th February Cardiff Met hosted the annual Welsh Liberal Democrats Conference for the second year running. The BBC broadcasted event took place in the School of Management building with presentations and fringe meetings for over 200 people. Speakers at the conference included Tim Farron, Kirsty Williams and a number of other politicians. There was a great atmosphere at the event with 19 exhibition stands and the Atrium café serving food and drink. All the planning and preparation work paid off as the event was a great success.
We were pleased to welcome back the Cardiff Camac Harp event which took place during the week-end of 12th / 13th March. The event included workshops, master-classes and a concert on the Saturday evening with renowned musicians including Catrin Finch, Elinor Bennett and Gwenllian Llŷr. There were over 30 harps on display in the Atrium and the client was delighted to be able to utilise such a fantastic space for their event. Find out more about our Conference and Events Facilities.
