WHAT IS THE NATIONAL STUDENT FUNDRAISING CONFERENCE? The National Student Fundraising Conference celebrates the work of RAGs and student fundraising groups nationwide, whilst providing an environment where RAGs, staff members, charities and companies can all come together and learn from each other, in order to raise as much money as possible for charity. There is a range of different seminars available to attend so everyone has the opportunity to learn something new or share their own experiences. The Charities Fair which is part of the programme is a chance for all the charities to display what they have to offer and allows both the charities and RAGs to network with one another. The conference ends with the National Student Fundraising Awards which recognise the amazing successes of fundraising groups over the last year. The conference is also a chance to meet amazing people, whether this is reconnecting with old friends or making new ones. Every year a different RAG can bid to host the conference. During Southampton’s in 2017, we successfully bid to host it in August 2018.
OUR VISION The conference will be held from 20 - 23 August 2018. We want to host a conference that values accessibility, celebration, impact, collaboration and sustainability. Our vision is to provide a unified conference that caters for everyone’s needs. We want to take advantage of the facilities that UWE have to offer, utilising The Students’ Union building, brand new business school for seminars, en suite accommodation and the Exhibition and Conference Centre for the Charities Fair and Awards. We plan to provide a range of structured and non-structured activities both throughout the day and in the evening to ensure everyone is making the most out the conference.

MAXIMISING THE IMPACT OF YOUR SPONSORSHIP The National Student Fundraising Conference is a national conference with delegates from all over the country and all aspects of the student fundraising sector. It is a perfect opportunity to engage and promote yourself to over 250* delegates from RAGs, students’ unions, charities and companies with a connection to the sector. The three night conference provides lots of opportunities to make the most of your sponsorship within each package avaliable. As we are currently developing and finalising our brand, we are able to integrate our headline sponsors into the final branding, ensuring your brand is maximising exposure from the start. We are planning a conference that enables our sponsors to take full advantage of the opportunities provided. We want to facilitate the development of long term, purposeful relationships between your company and the student fundraising sector. *this is the predicted attendance based on previous years figures.
THE PACKAGES There are different sponsorship options to get involved with. Please do not hesitate to email tnsfc@uwe.ac.uk if you have any questions or to discuss the options more. Depending on the sponsorship option attendance to the conference and/ or awards are included. We would love to see you there at the conference fully representing your organisation and developing those relationships. We welcome potentially tailored sponsorship packages, if there are particular requests that you would like to make, please do get in touch. If there is something you would like to see or change, we will look at accommodating these requests. Each of the packages are listed in the next few pages. GOLD SPONSORSHIP COST: ÂŁ3000 + VAT As a Gold sponsor, you are our headline sponsor for the conference, therefore your logo will appear bigger than other sponsors. This is an excellent way to increase brand awareness by having a premium stall at the Charities Fair. Your brand will also feature on all conference branding and poster work. Your package includes a 3 month marketing campaign leading up to the conference.

Four full delegate tickets inclusive of accommodation and the awards evening. Premium stall in a prime location. 2 x full page advert in the conference programme. The largest number of mentions on all UWE RAG and conference social media platforms. Your branding will be visible throughout the conference on all 2018 materials. The conference webpage will include a link to your company website on the home page and your logo will appear on all 2018 marketing, branding and posters.
SILVER SPONSORSHIP COST: ÂŁ2000 + VAT As a Silver sponsor, you are our standard sponsor for the conference, therefore your logo will appear below the headline sponsors. This is an excellent way to increase brand awareness by having a standard stall at the Charities Fair. Your brand will also feature on all conference branding and poster work. Your package includes a 3 month marketing campaign leading up to the conference.

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP COST: ÂŁ500 + VAT As a Bronze sponsor, you will be acknowledged in the conference programme, on the website and will also be mentioned as a sponsor on social media. This is an excellent way to increase brand awareness. Your package includes a 2 month marketing campaign leading up to the conference. We are looking for multiple bronze sponsors.

NATIONAL STUDENT FUNDRAISING AWARDS SPONSORSHIP COST: ÂŁ1500 + VAT The National Student Fundraising Award recognises the success RAGs and fundraising groups have had over the last year. This year it will be held at the Exhibition and Conference Centre at UWE. It will be a formal evening with a professional host and sit down meal. Through this package you will benefit from having your branding in the Conference programme and branding throughout and leading up to the awards including on the website and social media. This is a unique package.

ENHANCED CHARITIES FAIR STALL COST: £300 + VAT The Charities Fair forms a key part of the conference. This enhanced stall package combines a stall at the Fair along with extra promotion through the conference programme and website.
