What is it? The Chatham County Hospital Authority (CCHA) Trust announces a $1.2M grant funding opportunity and invites nonprofit and for-profit organizations providing preventative health care services to the indigent population in Chatham County, Georgia, to apply for funding through a competitive grantmaking process. United Way of the Coastal Empire (UWCE), as a seasoned community grantor, will administer the CCHA Trust Grant. While United Way will facilitate the grant process, CCHA will retain full decision-making authority. The purpose of the CCHA Trust Grant is to provide preventative health care services to the indigent population of Chatham County, Georgia. Interested organizations/entities should review eligibility criteria and instructions at uwce.org/ccha and submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) by 5:00pm EST on July 26, 2024.
