What is it?
The Chatham County Hospital Authority (CCHA) Trust invites nonpro t and for-pro t organizations providing preventative health care services to the indigent population in Chatham County, Georgia, to apply for funding through a competitive grantmaking process. The 2026 Grant is a $2 million funding opportunity, with individual grant requests capped at $250,000.
Areas of Focus:
• Behavioral and mental health services
• Health screenings
• Dental hygiene care
• Specialty care services (e.g. diabetes)

July 7, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST Process opens to submit Letters of Intent for entry.
July 25, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST Deadline to submit Letters of Intent.
August 12, 2025 Letter of Intent decision letters will be sent.
August 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST Agencies/entities invited to submit a full application will receive access.
September 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST Deadline to submit applications.
Applicants will be noti ed of awards in November 2025 and disbursed January through December 2026.
