“ Being proficient in a range of clinical skills is a fundamental requirement of nursing and medical practice. Simulation enables students to learn the required skills in a realistic but safe environment so that they are confident and competent when required to perform the skills on patients in a clinical environment. During the clinical skills day, attendees will have the opportunity to take part in a range of activities, using state of the art, high fidelity simulation equipment and will learn some of the skills taught to nursing and medical students. Professor Jayne Cutter Head of the Department of Nursing Swansea University
