A Strong Foundation Vijay Nirman Company was established in the year 1982 by Dr. S. Vijaya Kumar. The Company started its operations from Visakhapatnam, port city of Andhra Pradesh, India with construction of Industrial structures and Pile foundations.

Over the years, Vijay Nirman Company has expanded into the fields of Marine Projects (Berths/Jetties), Power Projects, Roads & Bridges, Electrical Sub Stations, Residential & Commercial Buildings, Internal & External Electrification, Water Works etc. Vijay Nirman has also executed Silos & Chimneys involving slipform technology.

Vijay Nirman has completed more than 350 projects to date, maintaining an arbitration-free record which speaks volumes about the importance attached to customer relationship. With its operations all over India and an Annual Turnover of Rs.450 crores (US$ 100 Million), Estimated for the year 2009-2010, Vijay Nirman is looking for a manifold increase in the near future.

Dr. Vijaya Kumar established Vijay Nirman Company in the year 1982 and leads the Company from the front. He has nurtured the company on the tenets of professionalism, excellence and quality.

He empowers the core team as well as employees with the twin mantras of freedom and trust.

A.V.V.V. Prasad (Vishnu), M.Sc Director Mr. Vishnu has over 30 years of experience in execution of more than 200 projects encompassing Pile Foundations, Bridges, Marine Works and Industrial Structures.

Y.V. Ramana, M.Tech (Geo Engg) Director Mr. Ramana has over 20 years of experience in executing more than 75 projects involving Marine works, Industrial, Infrastructure and Buildings Projects.

Business development is his forte.

V. Ajay Kumar, B.Tech, MTM Director Mr. Ajay Kumar has done his Masters in Technical Management from Eastern Michigan University, USA and has over 5 years experience in Corporate Business Management and Strategic Planning.

A.S. Mahalle, B.E. Director - Projects Mr. Mahalle has over 30 years of experience in executing more than 75 projects in the fields of Marine Works, Power Plants, Cement & Steel Plants, Residential Buildings, Water Supply Projects etc.

B.S. Mandalika, B.E(Hons) Director - Technical Mr. Mandalika has over 4 decades of experience in Military Engineering Service.

As Additional Director General, he was instrumental in execution of Avadi Tank Factory, Dry Docks, Marine Infrastructure etc.

V. Prasada Rao, B.E. Director - Projects Mr. Prasada Rao has over 35 years of experience in construction industry in the fields of Structural Steel works, Jack up Barges, Floating Cranes, construction of Bridges, Pump Houses, Pipe Lines etc.

M. Vamsidhar, MBA Director - Projects Mr. Vamsidhar has over 18 years of experience in construction of Roads & Bridges, High- Rise Buildings etc.

V V Sudhakar Roy, B.Tech Director - Projects Mr. Roy has over 25 years of experience in International Contract management, Project planning and execution in Power and Bulk Material Handling Projects.

Director - Projects He has more than 32 years of experience in Indian Navy and had executed various industrial projects. As DDG-DGNP, he had handled Marine Infrastructure and equipments. He is a recipient of Nausena medal from the President of India.

Mr H.R. Manjanath, B.E. Vice President Heretired as Chief Engineer from TCE after 25 years of service. He has more than 44 years of experience in various industrial projects and was instrumental in the execution of 7 Hydro power projects.

P. Ram Babu, B.E. Vice President - Projects He has over 30 years experience in execution of infrastructure & residential projects.

Ramesh Kumar Kamboj, A.M.I.E Vice President - Projects He has over 26 years of experience in Highways (rigid & flexible pavements), Bridges and Track Works. He had worked for 15 years in IRCON International.

M. Subba Rao, B.Com, FCA. Vice President - Internal Audit He has 32 years experience in Corporate Finance, Accounts and Auditing. He has international experience of more than 5 years.

T.S. Pradyumna, M.Com Vice President - Finance He has over 28 years experience in Finance and Accounting and has significantly contributed towards the growth of the Company since inception.

He has over 35 years experience in the Indian Navy and has commanded a number of Ships and Units in the Service. He was awarded the Nausena Medal (NM) and Vishist Seva Medal (VSM) by the President of India.

G. Satyanarayana, M.Tech General Manager - Projects He has over 28 years experience in erection& commissioning of Turbines (Gas & Hydraulic), Generators, Hydro Mechanical Works for Power Projects, fabrication & erection of Material Handling Systems (Coal & Ore).

E.S. Pattabhiraman, B.E., M.I.E General Manager - Technical He has over 40 years of experience in execution of projects encompassing Industrial, Residential & Commercial Structures.

Worked overseas for 30 years.

S. Kumar Raja, B Tech, M.B.A. President - Finance He has experience of over 34 yrs of which 10 years in production in large manufacturing sectors like ECIL and TRF and 24 years as Industrial Finance specialist in Syndicate Bank and ING Vysya Bank. He had also headed large branches of Banks.
