A Strong Foundation Vijay Nirman Company was established in the year 1982 by Dr. S. Vijaya Kumar. The Company started its operations from Visakhapatnam, port city of Andhra Pradesh, India with construction of Industrial structures and Pile foundations. Over the years, Vijay Nirman Company has expanded into the fields of Marine Projects (Berths/Jetties), Power Projects, Roads & Bridges, Electrical Sub Stations, Residential & Commercial Buildings, Internal & External Electrification, Water Works etc. Vijay Nirman has also executed Silos & Chimneys involving slipform technology.

Vijay Nirman has completed more than 350 projects to date, maintaining an arbitration-free record which speaks volumes about the importance attached to customer relationship. A.V.V.V. Prasad (Vishnu), M.Sc Director Mr. Vishnu has over 30 years of experience in execution of more than 200 projects encompassing Pile Foundations, Bridges, Marine Works and Industrial Structures.
Y.V. Ramana, M.Tech (Geo Engg) Director Mr. Ramana has over 20 years of experience in executing more than 75 projects involving Marine works, Industrial, Infrastructure and Buildings Projects. Business development is his forte.
V. Ajay Kumar, B.Tech, MTM Director Mr. Ajay Kumar has done his Masters in Technical Management from Eastern Michigan University, USA and has over 5 years experience in Corporate Business Management and Strategic Planning.
A.S. Mahalle, B.E. Director - Projects Mr. Mahalle has over 30 years of experience in executing more than 75 projects in the fields of Marine Works, Power Plants, Cement & Steel Plants, Residential Buildings, Water Supply Projects etc.
B.S. Mandalika, B.E(Hons) Director - Technical Mr. Mandalika has over 4 decades of experience in Military Engineering Service. As Additional Director General, he was instrumental in execution of Avadi Tank Factory, Dry Docks, Marine Infrastructure etc.

M. Vamsidhar, MBA Director - Projects Mr. Vamsidhar has over 18 years of experience in construction of Roads & Bridges, High- Rise Buildings etc.
V V Sudhakar Roy, B.Tech Director - Projects Mr. Roy has over 25 years of experience in International Contract management, Project planning and execution in Power and Bulk Material Handling Projects.
Director - Projects He has more than 32 years of experience in Indian Navy and had executed various industrial projects. As DDG-DGNP, he had handled Marine Infrastructure and equipments. He is a recipient of Nausena medal from the President of India.
