1. For a disabled veteran license plate with or without the ISA, download the Application for Disabled Veteran License Plates and/or Parking Placard (Form VTR-615).
For a disabled parking placard, download the Application for Persons with Disabilities Parking Placard and/or License Plate (Form VTR-214).
2. Have your doctor or health care provider complete the Disability Statement section of the application or provide an original prescription.
3. Submit the completed application(s) and payment
4. (if applicable) to your county tax office.
Students who have a VA rating of 50% or more are eligible for a student surface parking pass each year at No Charge. To receive your pass you must submit your total combined disability rating from the VA to Campus Services at CampusServices@utsa.edu.

The Whataburger Resource Room, formerly known as the Roadrunner Pantry provides food and essential products for students in need free of charge. Since 2017, they have distributed 308,800+ lbs. of food and 50,800+ essential products, serving over 35,400+ students. The services were made possible through donations from their partners and the UTSA campus community.
