PROJECT SCOPE
Major renovation of a large, multi-use facility that was originally constructed in the mid-1960s and fully renovated in 1980-81. The scope of the 2016 renovation included replacing a portion of the natural grass with artificial turf, replacing the remaining natural grass with new turf, installing a new Gateway Building, refurbishing the existing Control Building and replacing all electrical and irrigation systems.
