This is a four-week track to learn how business is being done in Europe. The learning approach consists of a blend of applied-theoretical approaches, case studies, real-life examples, excursions, a competition-like business simulation and a study trip to Italy (Milan). The last week is all about yourself and personalprofessional development. Every day will be dedicated to two different so-called 21st century skills that no professional can do without.

Innovation is key for companies to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment and is arguably the most important factor for long-term organisational success. During this track, we will introduce you to the drivers and challenges of innovation in Europe and how people and organisations handle them. You will gain experience, insights and in-depth knowledge of innovation in Europe. We will look at different perspectives of innovation, on an individual level as well as on an organisational level, for you to explore innovative supportive features of leaders, organisations and processes.

This is a six-week track where you will learn how business is being done and innovated in Europe. The learning approach consists of a blend of appliedtheoretical approaches, case studies, excursions and a competition-like business simulation. We will focus on the value of knowledge, innovation and entrepreneurship in European business and will familiarise students with the interplay between science and technology and the commercialisation of knowledge and design.
