Kim Wilson, Graduate Salt Lake City, Utah Bachelor of Applied Science — Health Administration“Since this degree was fully online, it was perfect for me—though it was a bit nerve-wracking at first to navigate online school since I am a lot older than traditional students. I enjoyed seeing weekly videos from my professors to hear about what was coming up for the week, get helpful hints, and see an actual person. It was nice to see they care about their students! It was also exciting for me to graduate and walk for those professors who shaped who I am today.”

Jeffrey Nielsen, ’23 St. George, Utah Musical Education Major with an Emphasis in Choral and Vocal Music“My experience at Utah Tech was fantastic! I really appreciated being able to work closely with so many incredible professors who are experts in their field and who want nothing more than to see their students succeed. I participated in practicum and student teaching opportunities where I had some fantastic mentors and advisors who pushed me to expand on my teaching skills.
I actually met my current employer at a teacher hiring fair put on by Utah Tech. If it weren’t for that job fair, I don’t know if I would have ever known that Utah Arts was even hiring.”
