DENTAL ASSISTANT

TEAS EXAM PREP RETURNS

Train to work in a dental office in less than six months. Classroom and practical instruction include oral health, dental disease prevention, infection control, dental instrumentation, oral anatomy, and assisting in the delivery of dental care and treatment.

The ATI TEAS exam (Test of Essential Academic Skills) is used by nursing schools to help assess nursing students’ knowledge in reading, math, science, and English and language usage.

Note: This is a high-level overview of the four exam sections of the ATI TEAS. It is NOT a subject matter course. Students are expected to already have basic skills of English, Math, and Science. This prep course teaches potent study techniques and test-taking strategies that go beyond basic knowledge. UT Arlington College of Nursing Test Requirements Pre-Licensure BSN students admitted to UT Arlington as freshman or transfer students - are required to take the ATI TEAS exam for their standardized admission exam to the upper-division nursing program. This class will be taught online via Zoom. There will be NO on campus classroom instruction. As the start date approaches, a Zoom meeting ID will be sent to students. The Pharmacy Technician program prepares participants to work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist in various healthcare settings. Come join us for the Engineering and Computer Science Summer Camp at UT Arlington College of Engineering and get introduced to some of the most interesting engineering anywhere. This one-week day camp will introduce middle school students to the field of engineering by showing how engineering serves our community, our world, and each other. Campers will do projects, visit engineering work, and learn how different types of engineering help to make the world better!
