Hoffman,theExecutive/Technical DirectorforOregonValleyFutbol Alliance,hasplayedacrucialrolein overseeingthemergerbetweenCorvallis Storm andWillametteValleyFutbol Alliance.
Bolf’scommitmenttoemphasizing sportsmanshipastheprimaryfocusgave hisplayersatAlohaUnitedaseasonto rememberandkepttheirloveforthe gamealiveandwell.

Wortman’sabilitytodevelopstrong relationshipswithallofhisplayershas notonlymadethem greathumanbeings buthelpedtheSiouxFallscommunity becomebetterforit.

Thomas,apublishedauthor,holdsa BachelorofSciencefrom Frostburg StateUniversity,MasterofScience from Webster’sUniversity,andDoctor ofPhilosophyfrom MadisonCollege, yethisexperienceandaccolades extendfarbeyondtheworldof academia.
Thomas’firstheadcoachingstintcame in1985withtheUnitedStatesMilitary. HeledtheAll-Army,All-Navy, All-Marines,andArmedForces
squadsininternationalcompetitions--and didsountil2003.Inthattime,Thomaswas alsotheCalSouthYouthSoccer Association’sDistrictICoordinatoranda three-timedistricttitlewinningheadcoach atSanDiegoMesaCollege.
In2004,ThomasjoinedUSYouthSoccer, wherehewastheAssistantDirectorof Educationforsevenyears.Thomas’impact wasinvaluabletotheorganization,ashe helpeddevelopnumerousadvisorygroups andcontinuetheenhancementof programmingcurriculum,aswellasthe designanddeliveryoftheNationalYouth License.
ThomasjoinedFCDallasin2012asitsBoys AcademyJuniorPremierCoach,providinga developmentalbridgeforacademyplayers intotopselectteams.Hethentransitioned intoadifferentrolewiththeclubin2016, workingastheDirectorofJuniorAcademy Programs.Inadditiontohisworkonthe sidelines,hewasvitalinplayerrecruitment andtalentretention.
