SPRING WORKSHOP

UNLEASH THE POSSIBILITIES!

This year’s Spring Workshop will truly be like no other before it! The agenda has been reimagined with our most commonly heard feedback at the core of the agenda which is….WE LOVE ROUNDTABLES! So, at this year’s workshop, almost all sessions will be followed up with guided roundtables. This will provide you with a deeper dive on all topics, more networking opportunities, plus an opportunity to take what you have learned and make a specific plan to implement the new knowledge at home. All while having fun with your swim school friends and colleagues. This year’s highly interactive agenda has something for everyone with General Sessions, an Owner’s Track, and an Instructor’s Track that includes In-Water Sessions.

OWNER’S TRACK

Those participating in the Owner’s Track will be treated to engaging and inspiring general sessions which will be followed up with roundtable topic discussions for a deeper dive. During these guided networking sessions with fellow members, you’ll have the opportunity to talk through new ideas and the best way to implement them when you return home. It will be two days of learning with and learning from fellow swim schools!

INSTRUCTOR’S TRACK

Not to worry...there’s fun to be had in the Instructor’s Track as well! Not only does the Instructor Track get to participate in the General Sessions, but there will also be ample opportunity to break out into Instructor sessions that focus solely on education for instructors. And back by popular demand...In-Water Sessions! Instructors will have the opportunity to select from two different local swim schools who will each be hosting an afternoon of different content. *Must be selected at registration. In addition to fantastic sessions, an off-site reception will be the perfect way to spend an evening with fellow attendees. Transportation will be provided. Attendees will also have an option to join other attendees for a night on the town in downtown Gilbert, AZ (additional expenses are the responsibility of the attendee) where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Transportation back to the hotel will be the responsibility of the attendee.
