The Dr. Thomas Fraschillo Wind Band Conducting Endowment honors Dr. Fraschillo, a tenured professor at Southern Miss for 28 years who built the Southern Miss Band Program into one of the most highly regarded and respected programs in the world. This endowment will generate funds used to support the position of Director of Bands in perpetuity, thus ensuring that Southern Miss will sustain the quality band program it has come to enjoy and expect.
