USL Libraries joins MOA inking with CPLRC

AMemorandum of Agreement was signed between the Cagayan Provincial Learning and Resource Center (CPLRC) and various libraries in Cagayan, including the University of Saint Louis Libraries, during the Cagayan Library Consortium at Gassat Hall, Capitol, Peñablanca on April 28, 2022.

According to Mr. Michael Pinto, the head librarian of the CPLRC, the consortium’s goal is to share the e-resources that Cagayan libraries have via the Library Virtual Reference Assistance (L-VIRA).

Governor Manuel N. Mamba led the signing of the MOA, while Rev. Fr. Renillo H. Sta. Ana, CICM, USL President, signed on behalf of the University.
