Dear Business Leaders and Friends,
Welcome to the 46th Annual USHCC National Conference! It is my privilege and honor, as Chairwoman of the USHCC Board of Directors, to extend a heartfelt welcome to each of you as we gather to celebrate and advance the small business community’s leadership, innovation, and growing impact across America.
This year’s conference is a testament to the unwavering commitment and resilience of our business leaders, local chambers, and corporate partners who continue to fuel job creation, economic prosperity, and entrepreneurship nationwide. Our shared vision is to drive equitable access to capital, expand capacity through education and training, and foster greater connectivity among our nation’s businesses and policymakers. Small businesses are the building blocks of a healthy community. That’s why we’re working hard to give them the solutions they need to thrive and grow.
Congratulations, United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Member Chambers, we are proud of our long-standing partnership!

The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce actively promotes the economic growth, development, and interests of more than five million Hispanic-owned businesses that, combined, contribute over $800 billion to the American economy every year. As the national umbrella organization, we represent more than 260 Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and business associations across the country and partner with hundreds of American corporations.
Since 1979, the USHCC has advocated in Washington D.C. for public policies from access to federal procurement and international trade to affordable

energy and comprehensive immigration reform. Through our advocacy and professional education programs, we expand access to capital, build capacity, and establish connections for our three core constituents: Hispanic business enterprises, local chambers and business associations, and corporate partner members.
Our national economy is fueled by U.S. Latinos generating $4.1 trillion to our GDP through job creation, consumer spending, and annual investments. As an independent, non-partisan national business association, we promote the pro-business policies that contribute to this tremendous economic influence. With our mission to foster the development of and build sustainable prosperity for Hispanic-owned and small businesses, the USHCC continues to positively impact America’s Hispanic business ecosystem.

The USHCC extends its deepest gratitude to our Board Members whose terms will come to a close at the end of this year.
• Christine Rice, Chair of the Technology Committee
• Jennifer Rodriguez, Chair of the Puerto Rico Task Force
• Yuri Cunza, Chair of the Local Chamber Advisory Committee and the Government Affairs Committee
• Raúl Salinas, USHCC’s General Counsel
• Ernie C’de Baca, Board Member and Co-Host of the Annual USHCC Energy Summit
We celebrate their legacy of commitment and the invaluable contributions they have made to advancing the USHCC and the Hispanic business community.
While their board service comes to a close this year, they will always remain part of the USHCC familia.

The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Educational Fund (USHCCEF), the USHCC’s nonprofit and foundation, powers the Chamber’s mission with impactdriven programs, initiatives, and resources to accelerate America’s economic growth in the Hispanic and small business ecosystem through the following pillars:
• Promoting business growth with access to capital pathways
• Fueling economic prosperity with contract opportunities
• Nurturing strategic networks to build a strong and thriving community
USHCCEF is committed to driving small business growth with one of the largest and growing demographics in the United States.
Below is a snapshot of some of the USHCC’s programs and initiatives aimed at making a lasting impact in the supply chain, increasing contract opportunities, and elevating the assets of Hispanic business enterprises and small businesses as the key drivers of our country’s economic strength.
Empowering Suppliers for Procurement
Target Audience: Certified Businesses with Revenues over $1 Million (up to $20 Million)

This program, designed and facilitated by USHCC member and partner Blue Wave, helps certified businesses close compliance gaps and build long-term policies to strengthen operational sustainability in critical areas aligned with corporate procurement expectations.
Over a 10-week period, participants receive (virtual) practical training to align with international compliance standards organized in seven pillars: HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental), Cyber Security, Quality, Corporate Policies, Financials, Technical Capabilities, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) with mentoring, coaching, and access to the USHCC’s resources and community platform.
Earlier this year at USHCC Energy Summit we celebrated the graduation of Cohort 4 that included a fireside chat with an Avanzando graduate from Cohort 3.
“To any small or medium business looking to grow into enterprise-level opportunities: Avanzando Suppliers with Blue Wave is more than a program. It’s a game-changer.”
– Sue Sharma, Sign Ups and Banners, Cohort 1 Graduate

Thanks to the continued support of our funding partners, we want to congratulate the newest graduates that will be present at the USHCC National Conference in Atlanta.

Meet the outstanding supplier leaders from this year’s Avanzando Cohort 5!
Avanzando’s Impact:
• 120 program graduates since 2023
• 10+ procurement roundtables hosted at USHCC’s events with our Supplier Marketplace in 2025
• Represented various industries from 22 states
Scaling High-Growth Latina-Owned Businesses
Target Audience: Midmarket Businesses with $10 Million+ in Revenue

A first of its kind national accelerator program launched by the USHCC Educational Fund in partnership with WBENC, the Latina Growth Accelerator was created to scale and support the growth of midmarket businesses beyond their current stages.
This year, 23 Latina enterprise leaders participated in a thoughtful program with expert-led sessions on core topics to help scale their business, strategic coaching, and exclusive resources to raise their national visibility and elevate their leadership across industries.
USHCC is working toward offering this program again.
“The Latina Growth Accelerator exposed me to industry and financial experts that I otherwise wouldn’t have had the chance to meet with for guidance. The program helped me to stop and focus on long-term growth strategies to take my business to the next level. The sessions were engaging and well-thought out, and I loved that it was full of smart and talented Latina Women business owners.”
– Cathy Murphy, CEO & Founder, Venus Media
Fueling Resilient Small Business Ecosystems with Chamber Partners
Target Audience: USHCC Chamber Members and Partners
• USHCC Chamber Community Grants
USHCC Entrepreneurship for ALL (E4All) powered by Woodforest National Bank
• GANAS: Growing America’s Negocios through Access & Scale Open for Business partner initiative
The USHCC Chamber Community Grant program and Chamber-focused initiatives were created to strengthen the capacities and impact of regional chambers as part of the USHCC’s mission to grow and sustain economic prosperity for small businesses in the U.S. Grant allocations and regional selections vary each year based on the scope of available funding and funder recommendations. The program is structured to support local chambers in delivering technical assistance, strengthening entrepreneurship, and driving economic development in small business communities.

2025 Year-to-Date Program Highlights:
• We awarded a total of $285,000 in 29+ grants across the country
• Provided grant allocations ranging from $2,000-$30,000
• Increased our outreach by partnering with local chambers that have a strong track record of technical assistance and impact
USHCC is working toward offering this program again with new funding.
Expanding Access to Capital, Capacity, and Key Networks
The Capital Readiness Program was launched to address barriers to wealth-building in communities often underresourced, under-invested, and with great wealth creation potential. The program delivered tailored initiatives to equip early-stage and emerging business owners with strategies, tools, and resources to allow financial networks to grow and scale thoughtfully and align with business growth goals.
• Supported over 200 businesses across 4 regions
• Facilitated over $1M in capital and contract opportunities
• Helped participating businesses expand operations, hire staff, and increase capacity
The program was delivered in partnership with USHCC local chamber members with a track record of capital programming and working with federal grants. This program will not be offered next year in its current form.
Expanding Capital Access through Technology: USHCC x Lendistry

The USHCC is proud to partner with Lendistry, a minority-led fintech company committed to advancing equal access to capital. Through this partnership, Hispanic and small business owners can access a wide array of financial solutions — delivered efficiently through Lendistry’s digital platform. Whether seeking working capital, equipment financing, or growth
support, this partnership makes it easier for entrepreneurs to navigate funding options tailored to their unique needs. Together, we are empowering business owners to grow sustainably and continue serving communities with confidence and resilience.

In Her Footsteps is an ongoing initiative that highlights the voices and experiences of Latina leaders from diverse industries presenting their own narratives with powerful stories of resilience, entrepreneurship, leadership and impact. Designed to inform and inspire, the digital series offers practical insights on topics such as access to capital, community leadership, and business growth.
Since its launch in 2018, the series has featured Latina executives and entrepreneurs across diverse sectors, reflecting on what it means to lead.
We look forward to sharing the next chapter – highlighting new voices and perspectives shaping the future of Latina leadership in the U.S.
Green Builds Business (GBB) empowers small businesses to become green suppliers and drive sustainable transformation across supply chains. Through practical education and proven best practices, the program is committed to sharing knowledge with entrepreneurs to become more energy-efficient, reduce operating costs, and grow revenue through long-term investments.
This year in partnership with Toyota, GBB hosted a workshop during the USHCC Energy Summit to address shared challenges and opportunities in aligning with evolving sustainability goals.

Toyota is also supporting Cohort 5 of the Avanzando Suppliers Program, reaffirming its commitment to a greener, more resilient small business ecosystem.
Thank you to our donors, partners and funders for supporting USHCC’s mission through the Educational Fund with investments toward our programs and work! A SPECIAL THANK YOU
