As we care about the health of our students, parents, and everyone who attends, we are still implementing both events with a hybrid system, maintaining a safe distance and limiting campus capacity. This event was also held simultaneously on all campuses.
On September 28, 2022, we held an orientation day for new students of UIC - UTS College Diploma of Communication Program. This event was virtually attended by Ms. Lilies Agustine, Senior Partners Manager, UTS College, and Mr. Marc Hartl, Academic Coordinator, UTS College for Design Studios. Ms. Yani Oktaviana (USG Education Head of Pondok Indah Campus) provides a detailed explanation of the program and students ' onboarding process.
Meanwhile, an Orientation Day for UIC College BTEC Program was held on October 2022. A detailed explanation of the program was explained by Mr. Fahry Pradipta, the Academic Coordinator UIC College BTEC Program.
The academic team and the Student Union invited the new students to tour the campus after each Orientation to explore the facilities available, including all of our classes, the computer lab, the Main Lounge and Library, the academic office, and the student lounge.
New friends, new challenges, and new knowledge. Take the first step on your journey to campus. Orientation day is the first day on which you officially become a student of USG Education.
