USF Sarasota-Manatee is growing along with the rest of the community by offering new and expanded programs — including cybersecurity, hospitality and tourism management, nursing, risk management and insurance and business analytics and information systems — designed to prepare graduates to fill the talent pipeline for these

USF elevated the higher education profile of the region in 2023 when it became only the third Florida university to be invited to join the prestigious Association of American Universities. FOR OUR GROWING COMMUNITY
• Our colleges work with the local community to prepare students for careers in education, health care, communication sciences and disorders, aging studies, mental health policy, social work, the criminal justice system and other fields.
• Headquartered on our campus, the Florida Center for Partnerships in Arts-Integrated Teaching (PAInT) positions the state of Florida as a national leader in arts-integrated teaching and research.
FOR OUR GROWING MARKETPLACE
• Based on our campus, the Muma College of Business’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and The Baldwin Group School of Risk Management prepare graduates to meet the growing and complex demands of their respective industries.
• Muma also offers a major in business analytics and information systems to better prepare students for a variety of business professions.
FOR GROWING OUR FUTURE
• Several Sarasota-Manatee faculty members are part of the new USF Bellini College of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Computing that will open in fall of 2025. The new college will equip graduates for excellent opportunities in this exciting industry.
• Sarasota-Manatee students can major in biomedical and health sciences programs offered by the College of Public Health.
