WHO CAN APPLY FOR THIS PROGRAM?

• Agricultural Producers: Farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural producers engaged in the production of agricultural products are eligible to apply for REAP funding. This includes individuals and entities involved in crop production, livestock raising, aquaculture, and other agricultural activities.

• Rural Small Businesses: Small businesses located in rural areas may also apply for REAP funding.

• Eligible Renewable Energy Systems: Applicants must propose projects related to the implementation of eligible renewable energy systems or energy efficiency improvements.

• Feasibility and Viability: The proposed projects must be technically feasible and financially viable.

• Legal and Financial Capacity: Applicants must demonstrate that they have the legal authority to carry out the proposed project and possess the financial capacity to fulfill their obligations under the program.
